Cons:

Preisanfrage war mühsam Golfer hätten Rabatt niemand konnte uns einen Preis anbieten.
Personal war nicht Informiert über den Rabatt.
Bei Bezahlung immer noch keine Information bekommen wegen dem Rabatt.
Personal musste es bei der Direktion nachfragen es war niemand da.
Normalpreis Bezahlt ! Werden das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel Buchen.

Séjour réussi dans l'Entlebuch
Pros:

Pour ce séjour en famille, l'hôtel nous a gentiment proposé des chambres supérieures à notre réservation. Nous avons donc eu des chambres très spacieuses, agréablement rénovées et calmes. Nous avons dégusté une chasse délicieuse au repas du soir et le petit-déjeuner était parfait. Une très bonne adresse, un hôtel historique, pour visiter cette magifique région de l'Entlebuch.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lag genau am Radweg 4
Fahrräder konnten in einem Raum versperrt abgestellt werden.
Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Vor allem die Dame beim Frühstück, welches ab 07:30 Uhr möglich war.

Ein lohnenswertes Ziel mit einem feinen Hotel und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, unwahrscheinlich freundliches Personal, tolle Lage. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr schön und ansprechend renoviert worden und atmet Geschichte. Sehr schöne Kneipp-Anlage in der Nähe. Ausflugsziele: Luftseilbahn Sörenberg-Brienzer Rothorn, auch Luzern und der Vierwaldstätterseee sind nicht weit.

Cons:

Dass im Zimmer - entgegen der Ankündigung - kein Schrank war, sondern nur ein Regal, empfand ich als Manko. Auch war es sehr schade, dass das Restaurant im Hotel Montag und Dienstag geschlossen hat - die Alternativen im Ort waren nicht so besonders.

Historic hotel in beautiful setting
Pros:

Beautifully restored historic building with very large and bright rooms. Located in a great hiking area. We had dinner one night, which was very tasty! Free parking on site. Rooms at the back are very quiet

Cons:

Didn’t appreciate being charged for tap water over dinner despite having a 3 course dinner and a bottle of wine, especially as they are proud of having drinking water in the bedroom sinks!
