Tenera Hotel

I always stay at this hotel whenever I have a course around Bangi. I’ve already spent almost RM2.5k staying here, but unfortunately, my second experience has been really, really bad.
I called the reception to ask if I could reheat my food. The receptionist transferred my call to F&B, and a lady answered and said it was okay just come over.
So I literally walked from the apartment to the hotel café, carrying my food. When I arrived, she suddenly told me that I couldn’t use it because the “boss” said it could cause food contamination.
If it wasn’t allowed from the beginning, WHY DIDN’T YOU JUST TELL ME WHEN I CALLED?! You wasted my time and made me walk all the way down there carrying food for nothing. Seriously, so inconvenient and frustrating.
And another thing, I stayed here for 10 days, and not once did I use the buggy. Not even once did any staff offer us a buggy ride, even though I was with my two kids under 4 years old.
And then you look at the condition of the room… Is this really a 5-star hotel?
Dust everywhere. The bed looks like it’s coming apart, which is honestly dangerous because someone could fall. Even the lamp cover was falling off,someone could easily get an electric shock from that.

5-star hotel? Seriously? It feels more like a 1-star hotel.

The price is already expensive, but the service and room condition are nowhere near what I expected.

I’d rather stay at Royale Chulan next time.
