Çok konforlu ve keyifliydi.
Pros:

Hem odanın şartları hem temizlik hem personelin ilgisi hem de otelin konumundan çok memnun kaldık. Yakınında hemen metro var, gezilecek belli noktalar yürüme mesafesinde. 7 yaşında kızımızla gittik onun için çekyat yatak haline getirilmişti. Mutfak kısmı var, hatta odada çamaşır makinesi bile var. Kızım havuzuna da girdi. Döneceğimiz gün tren saatine kadar bavulları otelde bırakabildik.

Cons:

Sadece banyo kapısı bazı kişiler için rahatsız edici olabilir, ama bizim için sıkıntı olmadı.

Kötü bir konaklama.

Konumu fena değil.

Cons:

Otele giriş günümüzde saat 18.00 e kadar odamız hazırlanamadı. Odada kahve makinesi yoktu. Banyoda sabun ve şampuan dışında hiçbir kişisel bakım temizlik ürünü yoktu. Konaklamamız süresince odanın her gün temizlenmesini istediğimiz halde, 2 gün hiç temizlenmedi, diğer günler yapılan temizlik ise hijyenden uzak, yüzeysel ve kötüydü. Oda çok tozluydu ve özellikle süpürülmesini istediğim halde yapılmadı. Yerdeki halı kaplama çok kirli ve tozluydu. Kişi başı kahvaltı ücreti 27 Euro ve kahvaltıda çok çeşit yoktu. Konaklama boyunca otelde yoğunluğa rağmen yetersiz personel çalıştırılması nedeniyle kötü hizmet verildi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Anne Jeske isimli personel oldukça kabaydı. Fiyat performans değmez. Aynı çevrede daha uygun fiyatlı çok daha kaliteli oteller var.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeit(2h) beim Check in, Frühstücksbüffet und Platzangebot befriedigend. Wasserbecken im Schwimmbereich für die Anzahl der Gäste sehr klein.

Комфортный и чистый номер. Удобная кровать, хорошие постельные принадлежности. Парковка в отеле, но несколько дорогая. Недалеко от центра. Регулярное пополнение кофе и чая по запросу. Стиральная машина с сушкой, что очень удобно. Гладильные принадлежности. Вся посуда в наличии.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Empfang sehr freundlich. Unschlagbar die Nähe zum Jungfernsteig (10min zu Fuß) und zu den Landungsbrücken(20-25min zu Fuß). Direkt an der Speicherstadt gelegen. Haltestelle U-Bahn vor der Tür.
Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Konzept der Zimmerreinigung finde ich persönlich Klasse - Eine Reinigung erfolgt nur auf Wunsch.

Cons:

Wir waren zum Hafengeburtstag in Hamburg. Hotel war voll. Dementsprechend war der Andrang beim Frühstück und das Buffet nicht immer voll.
