die Ausstatung, die Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Die Betreuung an der Bar und beim Empfang sollte verbessert werden. Auch die Buchungssituation in der Garage ist nicht optimal. Man muss zuerst einchecken und anschließend selbst prüfen, ob ein Parkplatz frei ist. Telefonisch wird diese Information nicht gegeben. Wo bleibt das Auto in der Zwischenzeit? Und wer übernimmt eine mögliche Strafe?

Great apartment. Conveniently located.
Pros:

The kitchen and space was a huge bonus. The staff were excellent and the location was perfect for our trip

Cons:

The washing machine in our apartment was not working and this made doing the laundry very inconvenient. Thankfully we had friends in another room who let us use theirs. That was the main disappointment in an otherwise good stay
