Serena is great
Pros:

Overall, Serena is great. The staff is friendly and professional, and the location is good. Apart from that, the prices are reasonable.

Cons:

In the ground-floor rooms, the air quality seems to be a little poor. Not that toxic, but I sensed that it isn't as good as I expected.
