Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum.
Lage sehr gut ca. 5 Minuten zum Innenstadtkern und der Bahnhof auch ca. 10 Minuten. Gute Anbindung nach Köln. Ideal.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet

Cons:

Das Personal im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist überfordert. Z.B. kam die Rechnung trotz mehrmaligem Bitten nicht, musste schlussendlich korrigiert werden. Das Restaurant ist deutlich überteuert!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage und ein sehr gepflegtes Haus.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, aber vor allem hervorzuheben ist das äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.
