Super good value and modern hotel with very attentive staff
Pros:

Location was very central to the town ctr. We had the dividing rooms which were big clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing. The staff especially Autumn and Jenny were super amazingly helpful organising tours bus tickets laundry and language translations. Would love to come back

Lovely and Memorable
Pros:

We spent 2 nights here, there were 4 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are so kind and friendly and always ready to assist with our request. The location is within walking distance to the center of Sapa. We are so happy during our stay here and were always excited with their breakfast menu! It was perfect! I’d love to stay here again next time 🥰

裝潢典雅，且非常乾淨。浴廁乾濕分離。早餐十分美味，廚師很會煮，每天菜色都有變化，用料實在。全體工作人員笑容親切，且樂於助人。剛入住時，告知想去潘西邦，前台Jenny小姐親切說明交通方式和可以參觀的地點，並協助訂票，非常感謝。

Cons:

We were surprised to be asked to pay an extra 250,000 VND per night for our child when we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM after a 7-hour trip. According to the receptionist, the hotel had changed its policy effective June 5, 2026.

We were given two options: cancel our Booking.com reservation and check in directly with the hotel at the same rate, or keep the Booking.com reservation and pay an additional 500,000 VND for our entire stay. Naturally, we chose the option that was less inconvenient. We were also instructed to reply to Booking.com stating that we had never stayed at the hotel so that our reservation could be marked as a “no-show.”

Aside from that, the room we were assigned had an AC problem. We spent the first night without AC. We could not leave the windows open because the rooster next to the hotel was very noisy, and there were also insects outside. We tried calling the lobby, but there was no telephone in the room. When we went to the reception area at around 11:45 PM, there was no staff member present, and the reception lights were turned off.

We were eventually moved to another room at around 10:00 AM the following day.

Pros:

We had one night in SaPa and booked the Eden Hotel and Spa. First of all, spend at least two nights in SaPa, its worth it, and stay here! It is close to the town center and even though we came very early on the overnight train from Hanoi, they greeted us and allowed us to have breakfast at the hotel, included on days you stay. It was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating, going so far as to allow us a shower AFTER we had checked out and were waiting for our train, due to a long day of trekking. They truly went above and beyond. Finally, they made all the arrangements for the Mt. Fansipan trip and booked it back to the hotel. So easy! Be advised, cash is better in SaPa, most places charge 4% to use the card. Just FYI. Can't say enough about Jenny and her staff. Stop scrolling and book this one. Oh, they also have a spa which looks nice but we didnt try it.

Cons:

Early evening traffic noise was noticeable but by 9:30 pm it was over.

Una muy buena opción en Sapa ciudad
Pros:

La cama era cómoda, la habitación amplia y limpia, el baño correcto, pero sin duda, lo mejor el personal. Super amables, te explican todas las opciones en Sapa, te resuelven las dudas que tengas y te ofrecen la posibilidad de contratar todo desde el alojamiento. Antes de coger el autobús nocturno pudimos darnos una ducha y nos dieron fruta fresca y zumo natural. También pudimos darnos un masaje con un 10% de descuento. Todo fabuloso.

La recepcionista muy amable y eficiente

Cons:

Las habitaciones no eran como las fotos y la calle del frente toda rota muy mala impresión al llegar.Nos recibieron con un jugo de mango que no pudimos tomar ya que la fruta está pasada.
