La gentillesse du personnel surtout Automn à la réception, qui nous a organisé pour la prise des billets pour le Fansipan, et donné des conseils sur Sapa.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel , à 2 pas du centre et des restaurants, nous sommes allés au red zao, un restaurant que je recommande.

Un petit déjeuner buffet qui est varié comme nous sommes restés 4 nuits

Very good value for money
Amazing family run boutique style hotel. We were well taken care of by Ms. Autumn at the reception upon our arrival. Since we took the overnight bus from Hanoi to Sapa, we arrived around 6 am at the hotel. But the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful and made us comfortable and offered fresh juices and tea and coffee . They provided a space to change and freshen up so that we could immediately go out exploring and to visit Moana Cafe and then to Fansipan tour. They assured us of an early check-in and said our room would be ready to use by 10 am which was fantastic. We returned after our tour to Fansipan by around 11 am and Autumn was very nice and friendly and guided us with the check-in formalities and then took us to our room and said we should contact her directly if we need any further assistance or information during our stay. All in all a perfect place to camp for a couple of days as it is a central location and everything worth seeing is within walking distance.

В общем хороший номер, чуть подуставший, требующий легкого ремонта, но чистый и аккуратный. Очень открытые и готовые со всем помочь девушки на ресепшн. Расположение отличное, рядом с подъемником, недалеко от центра, но вдали от шумных улиц.
На завтраке было очень много народу и в один день для нас не было место поесть. И нас посадили сбоку за стол, заваленный вещами персонала

Location suited our needs as it was close to railway station & access to Fansipan Mountain. My wife & l enjoyed our 3 night stay & first time visit to Sapa. The staff & management were very accommodating & helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel.
