Gorgeous hotel in Idilic SaPa
Pros:

The hotel is in great location with view from my room still able to see great mountainous hill surrounding SaPa. Again , need to mention amazing staff at the hotel, from reception to friendly and welcoming staff serving a tasty and freshly made breakfast. The choice of the hotel made my trip memorable and joyful in this amazing and idilic location.

Cons:

As the SaPa is in the valley, hotel is on the side street so walking down its ok, but coming back there is a few steps up hill. I opted for easy solution taking Grab bike back, cheap and fast.

As it was slightly in the hill we had the most beautiful view from our room. It was still a quick easy walk into town.

Lovely breakfast and friendly, helpful staff!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jenny and Autumn on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good. We especially liked the Pho and the omelettes, both made on order.

Cons:

It was quite close to the centre of Town, but a bit of a walk uphill when going home in the evening. However, Sapa is a hilly place!
Avoid the laundry service - we sent our clothes to the laundry but it came back still stained.

Pros:

The Hostess was polite and helpful. Helped with all our queries.
Room was comfortable. 2 Double Beds. Clean bathroom with all amenities.
Breakfast was non vegetarian. So we relied mainly on fruits, dairy products and self made sandwich from bread and veggies.
The view from room was okay and room size is also just okay.

Sehr schönes Hotel, auf unserer Vietnamreise das Beste aber auch das teuerste

Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, schnelles Interne. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und wirklich hochwertig. In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich auf jeden Fall wohl. Die Rezeptionistin hilft gerne weiter oder bucht eine Busfahrt, Taxi, etc. für den Gast.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wären gerne noch geblieben.

Cons:

Vergleichsweise teuer
Als Wellness und Spa Hotel beworben. Dies entspricht nicht der Realität, hoteleigener Wellnessbereich liegt in einem anderen Haus und muss zugebucht werden. Wer Wellness sucht kann also auch jedes andere Hotel buchen und dann dorthin gehen.
Leicht muffiger Geruch im Hotelzimmer, ließ sich durch Klimaanlage aber Recht gut beheben.
Wir haben im Rahmen unseres Hochzeitstages nach einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit gefragt, dies wurde nicht beachtet. Ist natürlich kein Muss, währe aber wünschenswert gewesen und in einem eher hochwertigen Hotel in der Gegend hatte ich damit gerechnet.

When the stay is as good as the destination!
Pros:

Eden Boutique Hotel was a great find in Sapa! The location was spot on — an easy walk to the town centre, restaurants and nightlife, so we could get around without any hassle. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and very clean. But what really made the stay was the staff. Friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange a late checkout for us. That kind of service makes a difference! Great location, lovely rooms and no complaints. I’d happily book this place again on my next trip to Sapa — and that says it all!

Cons:

The breakfast spread was more international in style — simple but filling. It would be nice to include a few authentic Sapa dishes as well, giving guests a chance to experience some local flavours during their stay.
