Pros:

The hotel was nice.. it was comfortable. the staffs were nice esp ms. Jenny. I highly commend her for assisting us well, she's kind and helpful. She' warm and welcoming. The location was okay, few mins walk to the plaza. There are nearby mart, cafes, massage but the road is a bit steep. The wifi was okay. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!!

I would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Sewage smell from bathroom. Not bad, but noticeable, probably quite normal.

Pros:

El personal muy amable. Llegamos en el autobús nocturno y nos dejaron entrar antes en la habitación por un suplemento. El día que nos marchamos, nos guardaron las maletas, nos dejaron usar el baño y estar allí, sin ningún problema. Nos dieron opción de usar la ducha por otro suplemento.
El desayuno muy completo y la habitación muy cómoda y limpia.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Las camas eran amplias y los colchones cómodos. La habitación es grande siendo 3 personas no nos sentiamos agobiados. La habitsción cuenta con una pequeña nevera y un balcón con una silla muy conveniente. El equipo de recepción magnífico, nos ayudaron en todas las preguntas que les hicimos.

What I like most was the proximity of the property. It was accessible to all the good establishments. And all the staff are so good and friendly especially Jenny. She was very pleasant and helpful to all our needs.

האנשים במקום מקסימים ממש!
שימו לב שיש כל מיני סוגי חדרים וזה קצת שונה מהתמונות.
ציפינו לקבל חדר ברמה מסוימת אבל זה היה ברמה פחותה יותר.
חוץ.מזה הכל היה מעולה מיקום פצצה קרוב לבית חב"ד והם עוזרים עם הכרטיס ומביאים לפעמים גם מפתח.

Pros:

Il personale e la responsabile dell’Eden Boutique & Spa sono molto gentili ed accoglienti. Hanno saputo consigliarci cosa visitare a Sapa, guidandoci e supportandoci nell’organizzazione delle nostre guide rispondendo sempre a tutte le nostre domande e richieste.
Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia e ci siamo trovati molto bene: nel giro di poche ore ci hanno riconsegnato tutti i nostri vestiti lavati e profumati, hanno lavato anche le nostre scarpe da trekking dopo una giornata passata nel fango delle risaie.
Abbiamo poi provato i massaggi della Spa: stupendi, super rilassanti.
In generale pensiamo che Eden Boutique & Spa sia una struttura con un’ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo.
Grazie a tutto lo staff per la calorosa accoglienza.
Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Very cute hotel! My bed was huge and very comfortable, nice bathroom. Good aircon and the tv had a couple of English channels playing movies.
Staff were absolutely lovely!
The breakfast was okay, there were a few hot noodles / rice dishes and they can make you eggs / omelette / pancakes on request and have fresh fruit, coffee and tea aswell.
I checked out at 12pm as I requested a slightly later check out and was able to store my bags and come back later that night to shower before heading to my sleeper bus.
Good location, just a 5 min walk to main Sapa town, it is not flat ground though and has a few small hills to walk up but nothing difficult.

Cons:

A couple of small downsides, rooms were not soundproof at all to the hallway outside. Most of the doors to the rooms had gaps between the edge of the door and the door hinge which let quite a lot of light into the room at night and didn’t help the noise issue.
The rainfall shower head was positioned so the shower door would hit it when you opened the door, so getting into the shower was a bit difficult, you can move it a little but it swings back.
