The multilingual staff were a pleasure to deal with. The room (a junior suite) was lovely, large, clean, and fully equipped. The location was close to the city centre but quiet and. beautiful. The breakfast buffet was large and delicious with some items cooked to order; even the coffee was good.
Nhung at reception catered to our every need, including a motorbike, bus to Lao Cai, and even a delicious, last-minute birthday cake for me! Thanks very much, Nhung!

Cons:

Slight hill up to property, but this added to the view from our balcony. Taxis and busses come right to the door.

Great hotel location! It's within walking distance to Sapa station, local dining gems and the night market. Our group booked the smart family connecting room—the beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Delicious breakfasts with fresh, well-prepared options daily. Jenny looked after our Hanoi transfer and Sapa tour flawlessly. Amazing hospitality and service. Highly recommend for a perfect stay and tour experience!

Incredible value for money, super comfortable
Pros:

The service both at the hotel and spa was incredible. Jenny runs a tight ship and can get anything done. She helped us arrange a driver.
Loved that the bathroom had an extractor fan. Bed was comfortable. Overall room was great. Breakfast was nice. Spa was so good, highly recommended.

Cons:

We could hear the noise from the lobby, which couldn't be helped due to how the hotel is built.
My room was facing a ditch/dump. It had a faint smell of drain.

Pros:

Le personnel de l’accueil en particulier était d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours prêt à vous conseiller.
Les 2 excursions qu’on nous a proposé ont été exceptionnels.
L’hotel est luxueux et vraiment très intéressant au niveau prix avec tout à proximité
L’institut de massage juste en face qui est très bien avec une réduction de 10% aux résidents de l’hotel
Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et finalement nous sommes restés 1 nuit de plus.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

A truly memorable stay with amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that made our family feel right
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here with our large family group.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Sapa Station. There is also a shortcut route with many local vendors selling traditional souvenirs and handicrafts, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Vinh, who always seemed to be available whenever we needed assistance 🤭. His hospitality made us feel very welcome.

The laundry service was clean and professionally handled. Although slightly more expensive than other places, they separate light and dark clothing during washing, which we really appreciated.

The hotel also has a spacious restaurant area that can be used for dining or simply relaxing with family and friends.

Our room was large and comfortable, making it perfect for families. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children in a room with two large queen beds, and there was still plenty of space for everyone.

Overall, everyone in our group was very satisfied and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our experience. The location, staff, room comfort, facilities, and overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. Our entire group felt very comfortable throughout our 3-night stay, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa.

Pros:

So much to love, the location was great!! So close to the town and had food choices all around. But a special shout out to the staff. They went above and beyond!! Jenny and Xin showed so much care and help. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
