We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, they organized also all our excursions around Sapa, everything was perfect. Whatever we needed, we got everything, and even more. We definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
We arrived here after 4 days on the Ha Giang Loop and well in need of some r&r. This hotel provided exactly that. Arriving into the room late at night and finding it completely spotless, fresh and clean genuinely felt like heaven. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazing, so kind, friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially the reception lady, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and cooperative throughout our stay.
The hotel is located on a steep hill, so walking back uphill can be tiring. The property is a bit old, and the cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved.
Erg vriendelijk personeel, complimenten naar Autumn en haar collega’s. Ruime, schone en mooie kamer. De locatie was ook erg goed, op 5 min loopafstand naar het stadje. Het hotel zelf zit net buiten de drukte.
Het balkon is zo klein dat je er eigenlijk niets mee kan. Ook mist er een hotelbar of iets dergelijks.

The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. The lady in the front desk genuinely cared about our experience and was available for everything we needed.The hotel is clean and high-quality compared to other options nearby. Also it offers great value for money. Very affordable and definitely worth the price. the breakfast is great!
the street to the hotel isn't completely flat, which might be a bit inconvenient for some people
Staff was very very friendly. Our bus to Hanoi departed without us (7.30) and we came back to hotel after checkout. Our room wasn’t cleaned yet and we got access to have 2h more sleep before next bus (11.00). Woman on reception was very kind and friendly!
The staff were the highlight of our stay with Eden. Autumn was super helpful and informative. She treated us like friends coming for a vacation. And Vinh was awesome too. He didn't hesitate to bring us an ice pack for my daughter's foot and empty our bins when the housekeeping staff are no longer available for the night. The room is also wonderful, it's spacious enough for the 4 of us with plenty of sunlight from the window. The location of away from the noise of the busy streets yet very accessible to the center or Sapa Station.
A view of the mountains would be nice. Other than that it's nearly perfect.
