Parfait pour ce que nous avions besoin : une nuit confortable pendant notre périple France/Autriche

Nous sommes arrivées vers 21h. La réception était fermée mais l'accès à l hôtel et la chambre avaient été organisés avant et un membre du personnel était joignable si besoin. La chambre était parfaite : 3 lits simples (famille), spacieuse et très propre

Cons:

Sans voiture ou sans prendre de taxi, rejoindre l'hôtel n'est pas facile

Sehr enttäuschend

Die Lage war schön und der lobbybereich

Zimmer entsprach in keinster weise den Bildern die bei der Buchung zu sehen waren, sehr dunkel das zimmer ,nicht gerade sauber ,im Bad lag ne dreckige Socke und wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut sieht man ein altes Gebäude (eine Betonwand )
War niemand da bei der Anmeldung, musste telefoniert werden und da hieß es wir können den Schlüssel vom Tresen nehmen und schon mal ins zimmer gehen.
Als wir das zimmer uns angeschaut haben stand für uns fest das wir es sofort stornieren, was wir auch taten.
Habe schon öfters über Booking.com gebucht und war immer zufrieden aber diese Unterkunft ging garnicht.
Leider hab ich versäumt Bilder zu machen weil ich so schockiert war und nur schnell weg wollte .

Redelijke locatie voor als je op doorreis bent
Pros:

Redelijk rustige locatie niet ver van de snelweg. En er is een park in de buurt wat voor het lopen met de hond wel fijn is. Er is een Rewe centrum vlak achter het hotel en daar zit een Aziatisch restaurant waar wij heel lekker hebben gegeten. Het hotel zelf heeft niet echt hoogtepunten.

Cons:

De receptie bleek onbemand en we hadden een misverstand over de kamer, op Booking is niet duidelijk dat de kamer zelf geen patio of terras heeft en dat hadden we voor de hond eigenlijk wel graag willen hebben. De kamer zelf was op zich ruim maar redelijk gedateerd, er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen stopcontacten bij het bed en bij ons liep de wasbak niet echt goed door en stonk het dus ook in de badkamer. Wel werd er nadat wij een bericht hadden gestuurd, contact met ons opgenomen en kwam er een dame in het hotel langs. Uiteindelijk bleek de kamer de juiste te zijn en kregen we 2 flesjes drinken als compensatie voor de half verstopte afvoer. Bij het afrekenen bleek bovendien dat er 20 euro werd berekend voor de hond terwijl dat helemaal nergens vermeld staat en ook niet in antwoord op ons bericht naar het hotel dat we met hond zouden komen. Er zijn juist kamers met een parketvloer speciaal voor honden zodat ze makkelijker kunnen schoonmaken dus 20 euro voor 1 nacht vonden wij prijzig.
