Pros:

The man Philip at the front desk was the only positive. He was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property was disgusting. The bed had been urinated in and smelled disgusting. The elevator had no light so you had to ride in it with the flashlight from your phone. The furniture had holes in it and stains. I could go on and on. It was a shit hole.

We enjoyed the whole of the experience to get some work done both online & in another part of town.
Pros:

Location was great for stores and driving. The staff super friendly, efficient and proactive in solving issues. Online systems for internet and TV were adequate to get a great deal of work done there and the nearby highway access saved time getting to our project in a nearby town. The site was at stores with items we needed and found convenient.

Cons:

The facilities in our room included a non-functioning bathroom ventilator. The only exhaust point of air out of the unit. The A/C-Heater wall unit provided reasonable incoming air flow & comfort, but the room did not permit air refreshing resulting in a slowly increasing evidence of dampness until the end, not long after the AC/Heater unit was cleaned, did mold start to appear. The housekeeping indicated there were similar issues in other units. We were happy that the maintenance staff indicated bathroom ventilators were on order for multiple units, ours was to be first. However, after 50 nights there, the units arrived as we were moving to another city. Compounding the issue was the building design not venting the kitchenette air (microwave unit's) ventilator outside, only upward inside the unit.

Pros:

Breakfast was not what I consider a breakfast just coffee little muffins and oatmeal. Location was terrible no lighting tiny sign I drove by it 5 times till I found it and the entrance isn’t lit and very difficult to notice

Fr Alarming elevator and lack of concern
Pros:

Location was clos to many stores and restaurants. Angelos pizza was close and had delivery option.

Cons:

The elevator had lights broken and was completely dark except for a dollar tree night light. It stunk of Bad fish that someone spilt and it was never addressed or cleaned, just a caution sign. Rooms were very overcrowded with more than 5 or so occupants per room were noticed as well.
