Great location right next to Walmart and very reasonably priced considering the prices of Boston during the World Cup.
Not booking it through Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms and somehow it should've been two separate bookings. After numerous phone calls etc. The 2nd room had to be paid for again and I was advised that I would get a refund for the 2nd room. I still haven't received this refund which is disgraceful. The staff at the property were great and Brice the manager has tried his best to get me my refund. I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for many years but after this experience I doubt I'll go through them again.

The room was clean but smelled like weed. It was a non smoking room.
When we walked in there was a line at the front counter to check in with nobody working the front desk at 6:00 in the evening. When we dialed zero like the note on the desk said the guy answered and said it was the front desk which I was standing at then he said he'd be right there and we waited almost 15 minutes for him to get there. He said he was emptying trash cans not a trash can around the building had been emptied for days.
