Pros:

Super strategic location, incredibly helpful staff-special shoutout to Andreia. Clean, nicely furbished and decorated apartment with a foyer overlooking the street and Praça da Figueira. 2min walks to the famous Elevador Santa Justa. Truly a find for that price point.

Great place to explore Lisbon from the heart of the city
Pros:

The absolute highlight here is the location. I highly recommend staying in the Baixa or Chiado areas rather than Alfama. While Alfama is the "old part" of the city, there isn't much to do there beyond looking at old buildings. Plus, the streets are incredibly steep, which makes walking around a total nightmare.
Villa Baixa is a serviced apartment-style hotel, but it doesn't feel like a standard rental. As soon as you walk in, you realize you've found a very special place. It is spotless, modern, and clearly very well taken care of.
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and the view was incredible. We could see São Jorge Castle perfectly—it looked so pretty all lit up at night.
Why we loved it:
• The Vibe: You are right in the center of the main street. There is so much culture, great food, and a fantastic atmosphere right outside your door.
• Proximity: It’s a short, easy walk to Praça do Comércio. That plaza is buzzing with energy all night long.
• The Staff: A huge thank you to Andreia and Bruna. They were both wonderful, professional, and so helpful with everything we needed.
I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It made our Lisbon trip perfect, and we will definitely be returnin.

Cons:

Give shower cap in amenities. And few more pouches of tea and coffee would be welcome
