From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Cons:

Mi domando come questo hotel possa avere giudizi intorno ad 8 e 4 stelle … forse 2 stelle sarebbe valutazione corretta!
Hotel fatiscente posto sopra un centro commerciale con il 90% dei negozi chiusi e da affittare. Lobby al 3* piano, halle ampia che racchiude in unico localone scale mobili di accesso al centro commerciale, reception, bancone della colazione e una serie di tavoli sparsi ovunque.
Camere ORRENDE, vecchie, mal curate, umide, puzzolenti di muffa e senza alcuna manutenzione: bagno che va a pezzi, pareti della stanza con segni ovunque, pulizia al limite dell’ accettabile, scarsa insonorizzazione etc etc.
Non parliamo poi dei corridoi di accesso alle stanze: bui, freddi, una serie infinita di porte tra quelle di accesso alle stanze, di servizio, degli impianti etc etc

Hôtel parfait pour visiter les Cameron Highlands, bien situé, bon petit déjeuner
Les appartements sont grands et les lits plutôt confortables.

Cons:

Couloir d'accès aux chambres extérieurs donc bruyants, l'hôtel se situe aun3eme étage d'un centre commercial moribond. Très curieux.

Centrale ligging, maar toch rustig. Heel dicht bij eetgelegenheden. Ook het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en meer als genoeg! Heel veel keuze. Grote kamers ook.
