Pros:

Personeel was erg behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Lokatie was erg goed. Leuke eettentjes dichtbij. Naast Bo-Kaap.

Cons:

Zwembad is wat aan de kleine kant, maar daar stoorden we ons niet echt aan.

We always use this hotel when we come to town . It’s amazing and we can walk everywhere from here

Very good location, perfect view from the rooms/roof top bar. Sometimes loud neighborhood.
Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. Roof top bar on the 14th floor with a great view (sometimes windy - but that's Cape Town). And the service was always very friendly - from the reception, to the restaurant and the bar.

Cons:

There must be a dog day care center (or similar) and a music club behind the Hotel. There was quite loud music on some days until early morning. And once the music stopped, the dogs started barking. Still one of the best places to stay.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super in CBD
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, mit dem Uber ging es überall in wenigen Minuten hin. Das Frühstück war top (der Preis sensationell wenn man es hier direkt dazu bucht). Die Aussicht der Rooftop Bar und von Gym sind phänomenal. Tiefgarage für 50 ZAR pro Tag war top.
Alles war sauber und absolut in Ordnung im Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Minipool ist jetzt nicht zum Schwimmen gedacht. Das Personal in der Bar ist nicht das Schnellste und richtig gemütlich hier es dort nicht.

el hotel en general, el restaurante del hotel, la ciudad, la amabilidad de las personas, el gymnasio en el hotel

Cons:

En mi reserva por booking decian que incluia transporte y NO ES ASI, en el hotel me dijeron que siempre tienen inconveniente con booking en ese aspecto, por que ofrecen un servicio que el hotel no presta.
