No focus- poor service- 5 minute wait for hot water- really would stay at a 2 star for better service.

Cons:

The safety outside, the employees are inadequate, noisy rooms, the room service is useless, first they don’t answer the phone, then it’s call and collect- I mean how disgraceful- every other hotel sends the food to the room. Considering this is a Sun hotel- really disappointing and would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay over!
Pros:

Second time staying over at the Sun Square. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and has everything you need. For us using hairdryers, this one is amazing! Location is amazing, easy to walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. Love the views from our room, and rooftop bar is breath taking! We love Sun Square!

If I’m fortunate enough to visit Cape Town, I will definitely stay at this hotel again
Pros:

My group of six adults arrived at 11 a.m. and were able to check in early. The location was excellent, and the staff were very concerned about our well-being. We had a 3:30 a.m. check-out, and the hotel manager arranged for us to have breakfast to take with us.
