==Si tienes posibilidad de pagar un poco más, te recomiendo no reservar un espacio en este hotel.==
1. El wifi y la tv: No sirven; tienen, en teoría, distintas redes (como 8) y de verdad no te puedes conectar. En mi estancia (3 días) no tuve internet. La TV solo funciona con internet, por lo que no pude sintonizar nada.
2. Comodidad: El calor es demasiado para el ventilador del techo que tiene la habitación, tuvimos que comprar un ventilador en la noche para poder dormir. Las puertas no funcionan correctamente; tienen "truco". Te dejan solo una toalla por persona, no te dan toalla para las manos.
3. El desayuno incluido: tipo "intercontinental", se compone de: fruta, yogurt con fruta, cereal de caja, nutrileche y un café sin sabor. Cubiertos sucios y mesas de plástico.
4. La limpieza: la tapa de la taza del baño sucia, el espejo salpicado de cualquier cosa.
5.El staff: pésimo. La persona que está en la recepción tiene la peor actitud: no te ve a los ojos, no te saluda, te avienta papel y pluma para hacer el check-in; si le preguntas algo, te pone cara de desagrado y, con la menor cantidad de palabras, intenta brindarte la información. Nuestra puerta no abría; le cambió la llave a mi esposo y, al segundo intento, nos hizo el favor de subir y abrirla. Ahí fue cuando nos explicó el "truco" para abrir la puerta. Entiendo que es la única persona en la recepción, por lo que si se ocupa de algo, cierra la puerta y tienes que esperar hasta que él aparezca. Si haces check-out y no está, le dejas la llave a quien esté del staff. Las personas en el "comedor" hacen el mínimo esfuerzo por atenderte; se la pasan en sus celulares.
