Don't choose if you have better option
Cons:

They constantly called me for people visiting me in the room. They thought the visitor will stay in the room or something, and threatened me to cancel the reservation and kick off from the hotel

Провела в Fimka Hotel 6 ночей в номере 501 и осталась очень довольна своим выбором.

Отель расположен просто идеально — рядом трамвай, метро, магазины и основные достопримечательности Стамбула. Всё находится в шаговой доступности, что делает отдых очень комфортным.

Номер был чистым и уютным, уборка проводилась каждый день. Кровати удобные, полотенца всегда чистые и свежие. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные и с хорошим выбором блюд.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить сотрудникам отеля — Alexander, Adil, Hamit и Mansura. Спасибо вам за вашу доброту, внимание, помощь и искреннее гостеприимство. Mansura отлично заботилась о чистоте номера, а сотрудники на ресепшене всегда были готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Именно такие люди создают атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться.

Я много путешествую и могу сказать, что придраться здесь действительно не к чему. Всё было организовано на высоком уровне, и я чувствовала себя желанным гостем с первого до последнего дня.

Большое спасибо всей команде Fimka Hotel! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова, когда буду в Стамбуле, и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель другим путешественникам.

Καλό αλλά όχι ξανά....
Pros:

Η κράτηση αφορούσε δύο μονόκλινα. Λίγες ώρες πριν το ταξίδι το ένα άτομο αρρώστησε. Έδειξα όσα στοιχεία από το νοσοκομείο είχα, αλλά το άτομο στην ρεσεψιόν μου έλεγε ότι δεν μπορεί να μου επιστρέψει χρήματα διότι έχω πληρώσει στην booking. Η booking μου έλεγε ότι έχει στείλει μήνυμα προς το ξενοδοχείο και εκείνο δεν έχει απαντήσει. Όσες ημέρες ήμουν εκεί ρώταγα συνέχεια αν υπήρχε μήνυμα από την booking και το ξενοδοχείο επέμενε ότι δεν έχει λάβει τίποτα. Τελικά πλήρωσα για ένα μονόκλινο το οποίο δεν είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί. Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, στρώματα αναπαυτικά, καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε καλύτερα.

Cons:

Υπάρχει ασανσέρ αφού όμως κατέβεις 10 σκαλιά για να φτάσεις ρεσεψιόν. Το αναφέρω μόνο για ανθρώπους που έχουν πρόβλημα βάδισης...

Стандартно-неплохой отельчик на пару ночей с хорошим завтраком.
Pros:

Недалеко от метро и трамвая, но не на шумном проспекте - удобно. Номера стандартно-небольшие, но чистенькие. Хороший матрац, чистое бельё, не текущая сантехника - мало ли надо для счастья? Вполне достойный завтрак "шведский стол". На ресепшен хорошо говорили по-русски.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция - грусть-печаль, причём не с улицей, а с соседними номерами. Берите беруши, а то вдруг попадётся храпящий сосед или крикливое дитё.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, close to both metro and tram stations (about a 7-minute walk). It is also near the Havaist shuttle bus stop to Istanbul Airport in Aksaray (around a 15-minute walk). The hotel is situated in a lively shopping area, about 15 minutes on foot from the Grand Bazaar and 30 minutes from the Hagia Sophia Mosque.

The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices, and tea, coffee, and bottled water are provided daily through room service. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only downside was a bit of noise at night, as sounds from the corridor could sometimes be heard from the room.

Very good cost-benefits rate
Pros:

The hotel was located near the touristic part of Istambul and I could do the main atractions by walk. There were also nearby tram and bus stops.
The hotel was quite confortable, clean and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The staff was not so friendly as I expected. They answered all my questions but in a very straightforward way. Even the location was central for the touristic atractions and with many shops I did not think it is a good choice for people looking for an active night life. I did not see many bars or nightclubs nearby and I also did not feel safety to walk in the region alone during the nights (during the day it was totally okay). When I needed to go out in the night in used taxis.
