​الاستقبال وطاقم العمل: الاستقبال وكل العاملين في الفندق في غاية الود واللطف، وفعلاً بيعملوا كل ما في وسعهم لراحة النزلاء وتلبية طلباتهم.

​الأكل: الأكل طعمه رائع وكل حاجة مظبوطة ولذيذة جداً، وشكر خاص وكبير للشيف على لذاذة الاكل

​الشاطئ والأنشطة: البيتش نظيف والمية حلوة جداً، والأنشطة على الشاطئ ممتعة ومسلية (darts ، راكيت، X&O، يوجا، وترامبولين).

​الانيميشن والعروض: أنشطة الأطفال ممتازة، وعرض التنورة مع "يوسف" كان رائعاً بألوانها المبهجة والجميلة، بالإضافة لعرض الفاير شو المميز مع "بودة".

Pros:

The staff appearance and how kind are they. Especially the reception staff and restaurant staff.
The animation team activities.
The beach facilities and cleaning
The sea is the best sea for swimming
The food quality is really expectional

Cons:

Some of the main things were missed for my room like the telephone, don't disturb papet. But instead the reception gave us a mobile no. For contacting them till they solve the telephone problem.

The resaurant design or the way you fill your plate in the buffet needs to be redesogn because of the coloms in front of yhe serving line are affecting the buffey experience

الشاطئ رملي و نضيف يوجد بعض الزلط في اابداية ولكن لا داعي لشوز البحر...

المطعم كمان ممتاز، الأكل طعمه حلو جدًا وفيه variety كبير، والشيفات ذوق جدًا ومتعاونين. 👌🏻
والستاف كلهم محترمين ومتعاونين جدًا، وشكر خاص لمستر إبراهيم ربيع – ريسيبشن، ويوسف – ويتر، ومستر كامل – بيل بوي على ذوقهم وحسن التعامل والخدمة الممتازة.

I had higher expectations for the overall experience, but unfortunately, they were not fully met.
