Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, but poor management, inadequate staffing, and below-aver
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the beach and swimming pools are the only highlights of the property.

Cons:

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was obvious that the hotel is severely understaffed for a property of this size. The restaurant is very small, overcrowded, and does not have nearly enough staff to serve guests properly. Service was slow and disorganized, making the dining experience frustrating.

Great as usual
Pros:

They are perfect in all. The manager of the hotel. MR Amr reception and all reception staff was very kind. The manager of restaurant and all person in the place was kind and generous. They treat you like a VIP person. this hotel realy become addictive. Every year and since years i came they are the same and more helpfull. The sea amazing. The pool like a magic blue. The cleanliness. The delicious food every day.

Cons:

Theres ni mistakes in the place 😂
