Un soggiorno indimenticabile in Cappadocia!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Travel Inn Cave Hotel e possiamo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. Una struttura meravigliosa, in una posizione privilegiata e con una vista semplicemente spettacolare su tutta Göreme e sui paesaggi della Cappadocia.
La nostra stanza era bellissima e dotata di una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Essendo l’hotel situato in una delle zone più alte, al mattino lo spettacolo è qualcosa di indescrivibile: aprire gli occhi e vedere decine di mongolfiere che volano sopra la Cappadocia è un’esperienza che porteremo sempre con noi. 🥰🎈
Una menzione speciale va sicuramente alla colazione, davvero buonissima e super varia, con tantissime possibilità sia dolci che salate, tra specialità turche e alternative più classiche. Tutto molto fresco, abbondante e curato: il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Saifullah, che con la sua enorme disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione ha fatto davvero la differenza. È stato sempre sorridente, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. Una persona che rappresenta perfettamente la grande ospitalità di questa struttura. ❤️
Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere la magia della Cappadocia in un hotel speciale, con una vista incredibile e un servizio eccellente.

Snídaně byla úžasná! Pokoj moc pěkný (ve skále). Terasa úžasná, výhled na město a balóny skvělý. Parkování přede dveřmi vždy bez problému.

Cons:

Nevyřešená ventilace. Teplota v horkém létě OK i s chybějící klimatizací (cca 22 stupňů Celsia) ale vlhkost příliš vysoká. Chybělo odsávání do komína.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen.
Das Hotelpersonal war größtenteils sehr unfreundlich. Besonders beim Frühstück fühlten wir uns unwohl. Die Küchenkraft war sehr unfreundlich, beobachtete genau, was wir uns auf den Teller legten, und kommentierte teilweise, was wir nahmen. Das Frühstück selbst empfanden wir als sehr enttäuschend.
Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war der wiederholte Versuch, uns einen Ballonflug zu verkaufen. Uns wurde ein „guter Preis“ angeboten. Später stellten wir in der Stadt fest, dass wir bei anderen Anbietern die gleichen bzw. vergleichbare Flüge 50 € günstiger hätten buchen können. Trotzdem wurden wir beim Betreten und Verlassen des Hotels immer wieder dazu gedrängt, direkt über das Hotel zu buchen. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass die Flüge in der Stadt deutlich günstiger angeboten wurden, reagierte der Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, diskutierte mit uns und bat uns weiterhin, doch bei ihm zu buchen. Das empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm und aufdringlich.
Auch das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Es war sehr dunkel, hatte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und roch modrig. Außerdem war es nicht sauber – überall befand sich Staub. Das Mobiliar wirkte heruntergekommen und teilweise stark abgenutzt.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass es kein Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer gab. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts erhielten wir lediglich vier kleine Joghurtbecher mit Wasser.
Während des Schlafens rieselten sogar kleine Steine bzw. Partikel von der Decke auf uns herunter, was für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel war.
Die Terrasse entsprach ebenfalls nicht den Fotos. Sie wirkte ungepflegt, die Kissen waren stark ausgebleicht und zudem schmutzig.
Darüber hinaus wurde unser Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.

All round hotel to watch the balloons

Excellent stay, definitely come again
Pros:

The staffs are quite friendly and nice.
The room is clean and tidy, well maintained.
Perfect breakfast.
Perfect view from the rooftop, we spent 3 nights there for our dinner. No need to go to the hustles in Goreme Main Street, that will surely satisfy you.

Cons:

Wir bekamen erst ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und die Luft im Zimmer war sehr feucht sodass auch das Bett sich feucht anfühlte.
Die Dusche war ohne Abtrennung sodass das ganze Wasser im Bad verteilt war.
Und es war sehr heiß ohne Klima

Wir haben gefragt ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können,
Was ohne Probleme geklappt habt und wir unseren Aufenthalt noch um 2 Tage verlängert haben

진짜 강추하는 숙소입니다!
Pros:

숙소는 진짜 여기로 가시면 됩니다 일단 숙소 자체도 너무 청결하고 조식도 맛있게 나오는데 그거보다 주인분이 너무 친절하십니다. Atm에서 현금을 800리라 주고 뽑았다니까 투어비용을 할인해주시기도 하고 되게 이것저것 많이 챙겨주셨어요 진짜 강추합니다!

Tuve una excelente estadía. Saifullah, quien estaba a cargo de la recepción, fue muy amable durante toda mi estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a brindarme indicaciones para moverme por la ciudad. El desayuno era muy completo y variado. La habitación era amplia, estaba impecablemente limpia y contaba con todos los amenities necesarios para una estancia muy cómoda.
