طريقة توديع الموظفه المسئوله ذا الجاكيت الازرق والبطلون الازرق حتي اردت التمديد ولا يوجود ولكن طريقة في الكلام غير لائقه حيث اتبعها الخروج الساعه 12

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. L'emplacement est également excellent, dans un quartier pratique et agréable.
Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, j'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait au moins une petite table pour manger ou un fauteuil. Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié le fait que la carte d'accès à la chambre ait disparu et qu'une pénalité de 5 $ m'ait été demandée.
Enfin, j'avais initialement réservé pour deux nuits. Le dernier jour, je souhaitais prolonger mon séjour. Je suis sortie le matin et suis revenue vers midi, mais ma chambre avait déjà été verrouillée. Il aurait été plus professionnel d'attendre mon retour pour savoir si je souhaitais prolonger mon séjour avant de désactiver l'accès à la chambre.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. It's in a great location, is clean, comfortable and quiet. While it's not the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in, it was very good for my needs and great value for money.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They always made us feel comfortable and were happy to assist whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
