0 star! Worst Tata property!
They never have a bartender in the bar. Their spa is so unclean! They charge so much taxes! At times in their bar they don't have Coke available! They have a smoking zone and the view outside is Gurudwara! Service is so slow! To pay your bills you have to wait a decade! They don't have EFTPOS machines! To pay in bar the machine i think comes from bank everytime! They have one EFTPOS machine in whole of Hotel! The workers are made to work even if they have broken arms! I was taxed 40% in bar over and above GSTs. I fail to understand why?
The bartenders are amazing, the staff is amazing. Only problem is everything is Super slow and super expensive! Bartender Sharma is the Man. I love the property but please go there if you have 48 hours in your day and you are ready to pay double for everything! And you still won't get what you want! You will ask for Coke and you will get Pepsi. You ask for diet coke and you will be offered Coke Zero!
You will ask them to reverse an order and they will say its not possible as its being punched! Again the property is beautiful, roof top is amazing. The workers are amazing. Its Super Super safe but the management needs Hospitality 101 classes! I wonder if the GM is even a Hospitality Graduate. An illiterate chai tapri wala can better run this place! I think they should hire Dolly Chai wala for a day to learn! I will be more than happy to sponsor even that! Its my home town and i have nostalgia with this place so i keep going back! When this hotel was Ramada, it was the best hotel in town! I rest my case...in short if you have all the time in this world and you have spare money to throw then only visit this place!
To the property itself i give it 5 stars! But to call this a 5 star rated property, i won't give it more then 1 star.
I would love to meet the team who appro ed it as a five star. I have nothing against this property, i enjoy my time here. I love the staff but a lot can be changed here.

The staff was great: very warm and helpful. Breakfasts and Mynt restaurant were great, with a wide selection of options. Good location and spacious rooms with good views. The hotel offers transfer services, which is quite convenient.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow and did not support good audio and video communication. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner.
It was average stay. Lack of staff. I have to pick my luggage by myself at the age of 70. I would suggest not to stay there. No value for money.
