Pros:

Altstadt'ta merkezi konumda, gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Binanın dıştan görkemi daha girişte sizi etkiliyor, odamız da arka tarafta güzel bir bahçeye bakıyordu. Etrafında sanat müzeleri, hemen karşısında insanlık müzesi ve caddenin karşısında oldukça büyük bir şehir parkı var, nehire iki dakika yürüme mesafesinde, konumu Duseeldorf'ta olabilecek en iyi konum bence. Odamız gayet konforlu idi, küçük bir mutfağı ve gerekli eşyaları vardı, bir tek tava olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Tek sıkıntıyı check in sırasında resepsiyonda yaşadık, odanın hazırlanmasında bekleme süresi uzadı, onu da otelin bünyesindeki barda içki ikram ederek telafi ettiler. Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı idi, genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Pros:

Very nice breakfast and nice personnel in breakfast area

Cons:

it was a bit confusing where to leave our car upon arrival, there was noone around in the entrance and I went all the way up to reception to find out. Eventually the person from the front was too busy at that moment, so all good.

Prachtig hotel met wat aandachtspunten
Pros:

De kamer. Prachtig hoog en je hebt geen last van het geluid van andere gasten.

Cons:

Met een kinderwagen moet je alle trappen af en er is geen personeel wat helpt. Kinderbed op de kamer was keurig verzorgd. Ik heb het personeel wel eens wat vriendelijker en professioneler meegemaakt. De pionospeler snapt wel hoe je met gasten moet omgaan. Wij zijn verder blij met de keuze en geven evengoed een 9 als eindcijfer.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, schöne Bar, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage kostet 50€ pro Nacht, ein stolzer Preis für relativ enge Stellplätze. Der Mülleimer im Bad wurde leider nicht geleert, bevor wir das Zimmer übernommen haben (war randvoll …) und es gab zu wenig Duschhandtücher (eines für 2 Personen), da hat wohl die Zimmerreinigung und die Abschlusskontrolle “versagt”
