Schönes Ambiente mit unschönen Mängeln – dafür zu teuer!

Ungewöhnliche Location, sehr gutes und stimmiges Design. Tolle Bar mit außerordentlichen Drinks.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption – das am Vortag reservierte hausinterne Restaurant (Franks) hatte am Abend der Reservierung geschlossen – das Personal hatte darüber keine Kenntnis … das Dinner viel somit aus.
Gegenüber dem Zimmerfenster eine sehr laute Klimaanlage – schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nicht möglich ☹️

Best thing about the property is the location only

Cons:

I had choose Business Suite but the room was standart 3 star room quality for two person one bathrobe and one pair of bathroom flippers was in the room. Bed and pillows was disaster. I had never seen this low quality in a Business Suite i wonder the normal rooms how they are.

Séjour au centre de Düsseldorf dans bel hôtel calme et sécurisé
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, j’ai grandi à Düsseldorf et connais très bien la ville - on est pas dans la vieille ville (à éviter) mais juste à côté, aussi près de la Königsallee et Heinrich Heine, ainsi que le Rhin et à 5-10mn en voiture ou en transports de la gare.

Très propre et calme. Chambre spacieuse. Super petit déjeuner. Service impeccable.

Pros:

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia en el hotel; me encantó el ambiente y la excelente ubicación. La atención del personal fue impecable, tanto en recepción y conserjería a nuestra llegada, como en el restaurante, donde cenamos en Franks y recibimos un servicio destacado.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó de nuestra estancia fue la atención durante el check-out. Habíamos solicitado al conserje que llamara un taxi para nosotros, pero al acercarnos a la salida del hotel vimos cómo un taxi se marchaba y el conserje no estaba pendiente, ya que estaba en el hall a la salida del hotel, a mano izquierda, fumando. Aunque nos aseguró que había llamado a tres taxis, ninguno llegó, por lo que finalmente tuvimos que gestionarlo nosotros mismos. Afortunadamente, el taxi llegó rápidamente, pero la experiencia resultó un poco frustrante y desatendida.

Tolle Location, keine 5 Sterne
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, aussen und innen. Sehr speziell. Die Lage ist einfach perfek: Altstadt, und Rheinterassen. Der Frühstücksraum ist wunderschön und je nach Servicekraft ganz nett. Die "Zusatzkarte" mit z.B. Egg Benedigt, Omlett oder Pancakes ist super.
Die Bar war phantastisch, wunderschön und mit einem tollen, kompetenten und gut gelaunten Barkeeper. Preis natürlich entsprechnd.
Beim Frühstück gab es auf Nachfrage einen tollen Ingwershot und einen tollen Sekt

Cons:

Aber der Servive war eher 3 Sterne als 5. Kein permanter Room Service, 4! Kleiderbügel im riesen Schrank. Wofür benötigt man eine Pantry im Hotel? Rezeption mit zu wenig Mitarbeitern. Hat ewig gedauert. Ein Aufzug ist ausgefallen. 10 Minuten Wartezeit bis man mit dem Gepäck runterfahren konnte. Beim Check-In war war niemand da und wir zwei alte Damen mußten die Koffer über die Treppe reinziehen. Sowas hab habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zimmer groß aber Aussastatung no jo. Bei meiner Mutter hat die Umschaltung von von Regendusche zu Handdusche nicht funktioniert. Haustechnik erst wieder drei Tage später verfügbar.... Frühstück sehr "normal" , riesige Brötchen, Croissants, etc. Was soll das? Qualität der der Auflagen (Wurst, Schinken, Käse) eher mäßig

Unruhige Nacht und jede Menge Ärger
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe zur Kö ist sehr gut. Auch das Rheinufer ist fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Anstatt des vorgesehenen Zimmers wurde uns ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zugewiesen, dessen Fenster zur Altstadt hinausgingen. Der nächtliche Lärm aus anliegenden Kneipen, insbesondere laute Musik machten ein ruhiges Schlafen unmöglich. Am nächsten Morgen gegen 7:30 hatte ich deshalb an der Rezeption um den Tausch in ein ruhiger gelegenes Zimmer gebeten und darauf hingewiesen, dass ich um 13:00 an einem Hochzeitsgottesdienst meiner Familie teilnehmen und daher bis spätestens 11:30 Uhr ein anderes Zimmer beziehen wollte. Von der Rezeptionistin erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass dies kein Problem sei, da ein entsprechendes Zimmer frei sei und nur noch vorbereitet werden müsste. Bis kurz vor 12:00 Uhr wurde ich immer wieder - trotz meines Termindrucks - vertröstet. Erst als ich reichlich aufgebracht den Hotel-Manager kommen ließ und die Situation schilderte, war es diesem möglich, den Zimmerwechsel kurzfristig zu ermöglichen. Von einem erstklassigen Hotel erwarte ich ein kundenorientiertes Personal, insbesondere bei Beschwerden. Das war sehr enttäuschend.
