The hotel design was modern, airy, well-lit, and integrated the exterior landscaping and interior common spaces very comfortably.
The space for hanging clothes was a little limited when there was a downpour and our clothes got soaked. A mini-fridge would have been nice. But overall, there was very efficient use of space in our room.
We liked the location and the space was fine for a place to just sleep in. It did feel really tight for 2 people but had what we needed and you get what you pay for.
We asked for room service and even asked again to make sure they had noted we wanted room service, but did not get any room service for the 3 nights we were there. The front desk told us that we must have not said anything because it was not in their system. I think they may have waived some fees for us though. I know this might be a one-off incident but made the small space feel even less comfortable.

Albergo di concezione moderna a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Bedford Avenue. Pulito e accogliete. Posizione top, personale gentilissimo con una menzione speciale per Mehdi.

Ich wollte nicht jeden Tag den Putzservice, mir reichte es jeden dritten Tag. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, am Schluss war es zwei Reinigungen in zwei Wochen.

Wir wussten, es wird eng, aber das Konzept ist gut durchdacht und wenn man nicht all zu viel Gepäck hat, kommt man gut mit dem Platz aus. Ich reiste mit einem sehr großen Paar (1,86 und 2m), für die war es grenzwertig, aber sie haben sich trotzdem im Pod Brooklyn wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super mitten in Williamsburg, nicht weit vom Wasser und von der U-Bahn entfernt.
Beim einchecken hieß es, Reinigung wäre inklusive, die stand dann aber auf der Rechnung. Von 4 Tagen wurde an einem Tag nicht gereinigt.
