There are a few areas for improvement;

A) Don’t go on weekdays because you won’t be served with a buffet breakfast. You’ll be required to fill up a form when you arrive to choose your preferred breakfast. They need to improve in their Egg Benedict especially. The buffet breakfast is only applicable on weekends.

B) The 3pm check in time is kinda ridiculous, I’ve been to many hotels and resorts and this is by far the latest check in time ever. A paying customer should be able to check in at 2pm at the most.

C) Linens used are not very white, they definitely needed to use bleach in their linens. Some of their bedsheets and robes are stained but I can see they are clean. Their linens need to be replaced too, since they were wearing out. Pillows were too soft and needed to be replaced too.

D) Wish they have external bidets for their toilets and not a Japanese bidet as it is more hygienic to do so.

E) They are very strict about their check out time. They will call you 15 mins before checkout to remind you.

The breakfast. Toaster not working. Varieties can be improved. Taste of food too. We were told to select the time slot for breakfast, but when it’s our time slot there’s not much food left. Porridge with no condiments. We ended up not eating much and totally gave up for day 2. We ordered grab food instead.

Cleanliness and the towels could be better

The loud noise from the restaurant beside.The pool area can be seen by ur neighbours.No privacy.The pool itself has no ladder to up n down the pool.So not advisable for elder people to use the pool.Risky.

There was no provision of peraonal hygiene necessities like shampoo and body wash, toothbrush etc..

while it was a private pool, you could actually see your neighhbours' and vice versa and people on the public walkway could looked in as well. it would have been nice if there was more coverage to make it truly private.

Food taste good no doubt.. but can do better with restaurant space.

There's no shelter by the poolside so if it's hot out, there's no where to chill at except the room. Also, the WiFi is really bad.

Breakfast is not worth for the price. The villa is expensive and the breakfast is not good less variety.

The room was very small, toilet was too big. We even found a cockroach on our first night there..there's alot of mosquitoes. The swimming pool water was too cold so end up my kids didn't use the pool. During our check out the staff said we broke their TV remote but we told them it was already like that when we checked in and we have been using it to watch TV shows. Staff said we should have informed them. But we didn't find a need to as the Remote was working fine. They wanted to charge us for that but we told them that this is not by us as it was already like that. And they understood. Hope the staff can be more vigilant and don't be quick to blame the tourist to make extra money out of our deposit.

Maybe housekeeping team can be more care about the bedsheets linens. As upon arrival our bedsheet and duvet covers have alot of stains mark and also pillow case also dirty.
