I came with my daughters. They seem don’t like the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast menu almost the same. After 3rd day we got bored.

الموقع رائع جدا 4 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام لبافليون مول وشارع العرب ولكن يجب التنوع العالمي في الإفطار الذي يغلب عليه الطابع الاسيوي

Pros:

Helpful staff all over. Cleanliness is applauded.

Cons:

1. The decor is dated. I have been coming staying there since 2010.and it's time really to refresh the room decor.
2. Some of the breakfast food needs more tastes and do introduce new breakfast menu like ayam masak kicap, cekodok pisang.
3. There is a bad stinky kind of smell at the toilet area on the check-in lobby floor.

Pros:

The overall experience was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff who attended to us were very helpful and approachable.

Cons:

The restroom/toilet in the lobby is very inconvenient for the elderly, especially those with wheelchairs, as they have to take the stairs.

The entrance lobby is not very convenient for the elderly since there's no handrail.

The breakfast quality has dropped since my last visit in 2025.

The food is hot at the counter, but when we put it at our table to eat, it turns cool.

Especially those on the steam rack should always be covered; otherwise, they will turn hard.

The steamed corn was tasteless, according to my father-in-law.

Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet.
