Nice for a very short stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The location is perfect, very much in city center
The room has all facilities

Cons:

For us only the cleaning was not as we expected
The towels were a little smelly
There were little ants all over the place, which is also no so nice

Hotel a conduzione familiare ben gestito! Soluzione consigliata
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ad Hanoi per tre notti e usufruito di un tour e un servizio sleeping bus prenotato da loro, mi sono trovato molto bene con la famiglia che gestisce l'hotel, i servizi aggiuntivi sono andati benissimo.
Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile sia con il check-in a un orario scomodo che nell'aiutarmi in qualsiasi situazione, ascensore e wifi perfettamente funzionanti.
Rapidità su WhatsApp e disponibilità.
Posizione eccellente in una via ricca di ristorantini locali di street food
Camera spaziosa dotata di ventilatore e aria condizionata
Ideale per visitare Hanoi!

Cons:

La finestra della camera affaccia su un cortile da cui si sentono rumori ma non ha disturbato il mio soggiorno

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage. Zentral in der Old Town, aber sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Zimmer ist nicht groß, für einen Städtetrip aber absolut ausreichend. Frühstück kann spontan für wenig Geld genommen werden. Es wird einem bei allem geholfen. Für uns wurde die Bootsfahrt im Anschluss an Hanoi gebucht und alles um diese herum organisiert. Hat alles super geklappt.

Beautiful central accommodation in a family atmosphere
Pros:

I had a really great room with a balcony. In addition, breakfast was prepared in a kitchen by a nice lady right in front of us, it was a feeling like being at home. Very familiar and the location is super central and in the middle of the action.

Lage Top, beim Rest darf man weder anspruchsvoll noch empfindlich sein.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Teilweise ist die Bettwäsche leider fleckig und es waren immer wieder fremde Haare auf dem Bett und den Bädern.

A basic hotel with misleading pictures
Pros:

The balcony is really nice. The staff were absolutely lovely. Excellent location down an alleyway but rear easy to find and the lady comes out to meet you. There's a lift which is handy

Cons:

The breakfast is not great. Very, very basic and you have to sit in not a very nice place to eat. It's right next to the toilet and doesn't feel very clean. It is cooked fresh for you but the kind of felt uncomfortable as it felt like sitting in someone kitchen. We only had breakfast on the first morning and went out for it after that.
The room is quite basic too. Not as fancy as the pictures make it look. The balcony saved it but all in all a basic hotel with misleading pictures.

I enjoyed my stay at Tung Trang hotel.
Pros:

Location was amazing, staff were super helpful, helped me book a ride to Ninh Binh at a reasonanble price and also suggested places to visit. The rooms are a little bit older and smaller, but still perfect for what you need, and supplied with a mini-fridge which was great, and snacks and drinks at normal prices.

Parfait pour un court séjour
Pros:

Petit hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel très sympathique et efficace. Ils nous ont organisé notre transfert vers notre autre destination.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite et un peu humide.

Pros:

L'emplacement est super ! Au coeur du vieux quartier, ça bouge tout le temps . On peut manger juste a côté de l'hôtel. Près du lac et du night market .
L'hôtel est très agréable et disponible . On prend le petit déjeuner sur la table familiale. c est convivial.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite.

Soggiorno ad Hanoi
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, l' autenticità del posto molto vietnamita e la famiglia che gestisce l' hotel è molto cordiale.

Cons:

La pulizia è un po' la loro, non è paragonabile a quella occidentale. Tutti i giorni passano a pulire, ma cmq lascia un po' desiderare. Mi spiace dirlo perché la famiglia è molto cordiale.

Estancia en Hanoi
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, con todo lo necesario, pero lo que más nos gustó fué la atención y el hecho de que era un hotel familiar, que al regresar por la noche, veíamos a la abuela cuidar de sus nietos mientras los padres atendían el hotel.
El día de dejar el hotel, nos llamaron a un coche, a muy buen precio para recogernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto, pero llovía a cántaros, y la mujer del hotel se portó genial con nosotros, acompañándonos hasta el taxi, y ayudándonos con las mochilas... y en consecuencia se empapó con la lluvia.
Ya habíamos hecho el checkout por la mañana, pero cuidaron nuestro equipaje hasta la noche y encima nos ayudó con la lluvia hasta el último momento.
El hotelito está muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro pero en un callejón muy tranquilo.

Pros:

Das hotel hat eine super Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Taxis Grab funktionieren problemlos. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, man hatte alles was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Hôtel dans une rue située a l'écart du bruit mais à 2 pas de tout. Emplacement top.
La famille est agréable et à l'écoute. Donne de très bon conseils pour se déplacer et faciliter notre sejour. Merci 🙏
La chambre est petite mais bien équipée,  nous avons adoré la petite terrasse qui est un vrai plus. La literie est correcte. L'ensemble est propre.
Petit déjeuner est fait minute dans une cuisine partagée, très convivial entre voyageurs.
Nous recommanderons cet hôtel autour de nous.
