El mejor alojamiento de Vietnam! Son una familia super querida que nos ayudaron con absolutamente todo y nos guardaron las maletas mientras estuvimos en Ha Giang y Ninh Binh. Son súper tiernos, las instalaciones están super bien, son súper cómodas y súper limpias. Volveremos 100% y lo recomendamos 100%. Mil gracias por todo 💜💜

Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Inhaber, die mir mit der Simkarte & Geldwechsel unkompliziert geholfen haben. Auch Wäscheservice hat super funktioniert und Mini-/ Snackbar gut ausgestattet!
Es ist immer jemand an der Rezeption und sie
sind offen für Fragen und Anliegen!
Das Deluxe Zimmer (ohne Balkon) ist für alleine perfekt, für zu zweit ausreichend bis etwas beengter.

Cons:

Nicht alle Steckdosen haben eine gute Stromzufuhr! Am besten die vom Fernseher zum Aufladen nutzen!

The room was pretty dirty, found stains on my bed sheets when I entered in which I requested to have them changed and one of the staff members gave some attitude towards that request stating they’ve just been cleaned.
Found bugs throughout the room, including small baby cockroaches and potential bed bugs.
The room doesn’t match the pictures they show on booking so very misleading.

Staff muito gentil! Me ajudaram com passeios e estavam sempre preocupados comigo.
Teve um dia que o Wifi do meu andar não estava funcionando e prontamente resolveram.
Localização excelente no Old Quarter.

Cons:

Achei o quarto velho, com móveis velhos, cama velha. Não tem um cheiro agradável também. Tem teias e poeira no quarto.
O banheiro precisaria de mais limpeza. O banheiro também tem uma porta de correr e, ao abrir o chuveiro, sempre vaza para o quarto.

Loved the hotel and staff. The location is also great — right in the center of the city, and all the places are nearby. Everything you get for this price is great. We also loved the food street just below the hotel.

Good Value for Money!
Pros:

Room was clean and well maintained. Air-conditioning was great. They allowed me to check-in early and lucky me that room was available. Friendly staff and accommodating. They give me tips on how to book uber/bolt when in the city.

Kiva ja mukava huone ei hirveästi liikkuma tilaa. Mutta mitä tarviikaan keskusta majoitukseen. Oikein viihtyisä ja auttava henkilökunta joka auttoi kaikessa ja teki vielä itselleen kuulumattomia töitäkin! Hakien esimerkiksi kaupasta missä ei ollut käynyt mitä tarvitsi!!

Suihkutilan vesivaraus voisi olla yksi pyyhe lisää putsatakseen koko lattian ettei tule ongelmia myöhemmäksi, ja patjojen alta myös siivouksen.
