Bon séjour, bon rapport qualité/prix. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons.
Pros:

La disponibilité et la gentillesse des gérants et des différentes personnes à l'accueil. J'avais réservé pour une nuit et en arrivant j'ai demandé une nuit supplémentaire, malgré l'affluence, j'ai eu satisfaction.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, outre les viennoiseries et le pain habituels, il y avait des fruits coupés, des yaourts, du fromage, jus de fruit...
Un parking était disponible.
La chambre était petite mais charmante et originale, la salle de bain et la douche était un peu étroites mais pour deux jours...
La situation géographique de l'hôtel, à deux pas du tram qui nous emmène dans le vieux Nice et jusqu'à la gare du centre ville.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et période de canicule... il faisait donc très chaud pour dormir.

Toutes les personnes y travaillant ont été attentionnées et disponibles à mes demandes. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon et équilibré avec laitage, fruits frais, viennoisseries, pain et fromage

Cons:

Sur le site Booking, il n'est pas mentionné qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Ma chambre étant au 1er étage, cela ne m'a pas dérangé, à un étage plus élevé, je n'aurai pas pu. Il faut que Booking le mentionne clairement.
A noter également qu'en périodes très chaudes, les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, uniquement équipées d'un ventilateur sur pied.

Come nelle mie ultima recensioni di strutture terribile ad Annecy e a Bali, continuo imperterrito nella mia battaglia per un giudizio obiettivo e coerente su Booking.com, che sempre più spesso offre visioni distorte e poco realistiche sulla vera qualità di una struttura.
Va bene tutto... ma nel 2026 un hotel senza aria condizionata, né insonorizzazione e con camere singole grandi come il bagno di casa mia non può avere un 7, tanto meno un 7 e mezzo...
Riguardo la mia permanenza: ho scelto l'hotel "per colpa" delle recensioni ahime veramente troppo generose e la maggior possibilità di parcheggio per strada (quest'ultima, intuizione corretta). Camera di per sé pulita e ordinata, senza odori sgradevoli e staff cordiale.
Non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte, caldo terribile in camera, probabilmente 28-30 gradi, un solo ventilatore molto rumoroso come unico sollievo, finestre chiuse per evitare di sentire il traffico dalla strada (ancor più rumoroso del ventilatore), letto scomodo (con lenzuolo "appoggiato" sul materasso e non infilato sotto) e bagno minuscolo. Alle 6.00 ero già sveglio, ho fatto check out e arrivederci...

It was a short trip to Nice and very enjoyable.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. The location was fine and it was easy to get around using the fantastic Nice tram. My preferred location is actually closer to Place Garibaldi but it was easy to get there on the tram.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Kleines Zimmer mit Balkon, aber völlig ausreichend. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Very polite host, she gave us a map and nice tips on where to go and spend our evening. The room was clean and had a cute jungle theme. It also had a fan to help tolerate the heat.

Cons:

Our room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have a lot of things with us.

Colazione pagata a parte sul posto 11 € a persona .

Cons:

4 piano senza aria condizionata nella struttura nelle parti comuni e soprattutto nella stanza . Unici luoghi con un climatizzatore erano la reception e dorme un paio di camere che davano nel cortiletto interno dive si faceva la colazione. . Trovata geniale . La stanza piccolissima inoltre con tre letti, ero consapevole che fosse una tripla gia dalla prenotazione. Nkn puoi fare una tripla in una stanza cosi piccola. Estrattore del wc ceco era rotto., la tenda della doccia faceva uscire l'acqua fuori dal.piatto doccia . . Speso per una notte dal venerdì sul sabato 174 € per 2 persone. 20min a piedi dal centro. E dal.mare. un furto
