Pros:

Our comprehensive tour at check-in...they provided EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay wonderful...from welcoming goodies, robes, elevated toiletries... even a washing machine...our place had a sweet patio overlooking the walkway below with a sea view. Very clean and bright and a comfortable bed. The staff was so helpful and even arranged our rental car to deliver on-site. In the heart of restaurants and shops in old town.. short walk to Saint George beach.. Steps from everything...we got a great amoumt of exercise walking up and down the hilly streets :). ..and LOVED engaging with the cats that call Naxos their home. We HIGHLY recommend this place!

Cons:

We loved this...but you need to be able to navigate sloped inclines as you can't drive directly to the property.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Castle Mansions
Pros:

The location is in the heart of the old town, close to lots of cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. And the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with generous extras included (for example, coffee pods and breakfast spreads replenished each day).

The accommodation owners/managers were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was fantastic!

Naxos is amazing and Castle Mansions is a great place to stay!
Pros:

Property was clean and well equipped, bed was really comfortable and bathroom was modern with a great shower. Being in the Old Town it was close to everything and there were amazing views from the balcony. Cleaner came every day and stocked up on beverages, milks and butter/jams/honey.
Nathalie was great and booked taxis to and from the airport for me.
Really enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Cons:

TV was in Polish and I couldn’t change language but I’m sure if I’d asked it could have been sorted out.

Have wonderful memories of Naxos of which Castle Mansions plays a large part.
Pros:

Well located, exceptionally clean and we really appreciated the fruit, tea coffee, butter and jams stocked daily. Coffee machine was also very much appreciated. Loved our balcony with a view of the sea and Apollos Temple.

Cons:

If we wanted to be really picky the only fault we could find was that none of the pillows were comfortable.

Pros:

Nathalie and the staff were amazing!! So kind and willing to provide trip advice and help whenever needed. The property was perfectly clean, comfortable, and spacious for myself and my wife for our honeymoon stay! The location was great being only a minute or two walk to the main harbor strip. Would definitely come back!

Such an incredible place to stay!
Pros:

What an amazing apartment! Wish we could have stayed for weeks. It was so very comfortable, the views were amazing, in the heart of old town, so very clean, snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. It was great having a wash machine. We loved everything about it including the communications with Nathalie. She was so great and helpful and very generous with check out time since no one else was checking in that day. They thought of everything….loved loved loved it!

Comfortable and well equipped in great location with outstanding service
Pros:

Castle mansions is perfectly located in Naxos town— walking distance to the ferry, the old town, loads of restaurants and shops. Our unit had 2 balconies with great views. The beds were great , the shower had terrific pressure, and the fruit, snacks and general provisions were generous. The service was outstanding— when we mentioned we wanted to use one of the sofas as a bed, it was instantly transformed with a mattress topper and sheets. The shutters and double glazing keep out any street noise.
