Nice 3 bedroom villa in the center of Ubud
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and courteous.
The rooms are large with large bathrooms.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The living room was not air conditioned.
The wall has holes (purposely, that's the design) but bugs came in.
The TV in my room was not working.

Pros:

- gentillesse et accueil du personnel
- calme et côté paisible de l hôtel
- piscine et verdure
- confort litterie, taille de la chambre et salle de bain
- petit bureau
- petit dejeuner

Cons:

- On nous a oublié un petit déjeuner le premier jour (nous aurions dû l avoir mais ma personne de l accueil s est trompé) qq nous a prévenu pour le.jour deux mais sans compensation
- léger éloignement de l hôtel du centre mais cela est compensé par le calme extrement paisible

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, toujours disponible, la chambre est climatisé !! et l’hôtel est situé pas trop loin du centre d’Ubud.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, irritante gaste.
Pros:

Netheid en zwembad waren erg aangenaam.

Cons:

Dat er veel lawaai was. Dronken gasten, kinderen die om 7u in de ochtend al in het zwembad beginnen springen en spelen. Het was zeer moeilijk om een goede nachtrust te vinden.

Pros:

The staff. The common pool, it was better than our villa pool. The room size was good.

Cons:

It was a bit run down. The place can use an up lift especially televisions which only had some local channels.

Pros:

Die Einzel-Hütte war sehr groß und das Freiluft - Bad besonders. Man hatte seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war so groß, dass man schwimmen konnte. Es gab Poolhandtücher. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Man konnte zwischen vier Varianten wählen. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen musste man ein Grab oder Roller nehmen. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Ein Spaziergang hinterm Haus führte zu Reisfeldern. Kleine Schönheitsfehler gab es, die aber nicht ins Gewicht fielen.

Cons:

Früh standen wir manchmal mit Stichen oder Bissen auf. Wir wissen nicht, ob sie vom Bett kamen.

Let’s go
Pros:

We just spent five days at Pondok Massas and are absolutely delighted with our stay.
The welcome, the staff, the room, the garden, the pool – we have absolutely no complaints.

Cons:

It's a bit far from the centre, but for us, who enjoy walking, that wasn't a problem.
