Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.
Colazione, merenda e cena buone, lo staff molto cordiale . Ho apprezzato molto anche il gattone che girava, adoro i gatti☺️
Ci vorrebbe un idromassaggio anche coperto secondo me o fare in modo che in caso di pioggia almeno uno si possa coprire. Rivedrei un pochino i prezzi delle bevande partendo dall’acqua che sono un pochino troppo sopra la media.
A gem we wish we would've found sooner! A warm, family-run hotel that genuinely makes you feel welcome. We could easily have stayed longer and would happily recommend it! We booked last minute after issues with our previous accommodation, and we were pleasantly surprised.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely mattresses and an excellent shower. The attention to detail really stood out — organic bath products, a family-friendly outdoor playground, and at dinner, a high chair, placemat and little cutlery set already waiting for our toddler.
Dinner was delicious and the staff were exceptional. Reception was equally friendly and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions for exploring the area. Book now, you won't regret it.
The spa was the only slightly underwhelming part of our stay. The therapist was lovely, but the treatment lacked pressure and didn’t quite feel like value for money.
Es war alles top. Wir fanden das Zimmer mit der Infrarotliege und der Schaukel-Liege in der Loggia super klasse. Das Essen - sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendbrot - waren sehr lecker und es gab eine tolle Auswahl am Buffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns erstklassig betreut und sehr wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Der Blick in die Weite und auf die Berge war schön und lud zum Entspannen ein. Das viele verbaute Holz hat für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt, so dass wir uns in unserem Zimmer auch besonders wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass unsere Handtücher jeden Tag getauscht worden sind, obwohl wir dieses gar nicht gewünscht hatten und die Handtücher immer ordnungsgemäß aufgehängt und nicht auf den Boden gelegt hatten. Das ist mit Blick auf die Umweltbelastung natürlich nicht optimal.
È stato spettacolare! Cibo non mi ricordo di averlo avuto cosi buono da tanto tempo in qualche albergo. Staff cordialissimo, zona tranquillissima in cui si trova l'albergo. Veramente da raccomandare a tutto il mondo

La cortesia dello staff, molt9 attento al cliente, la posizione, il cibo, la calma, tutto. Ritorneremo!
Les repas étaient excellents et variés chaque jours. Le déjeuner était également très complet. La chambre était très spacieuse, le lit très confortable et la salle de bain aussi.

In rapporto alla struttura piuttosto grande e al numero degli ospiti e famiglie, la spa risulta un pochino sottodimensionata. Al piano terra molto frequentata e caotica e al quarto piano, piacevolissima ma piccola, con poco posto al coperto per i giorni meno soleggiati
