Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şeyden son derece memnun kaldık. Öncelikle otel ve odamızın temizliği tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi; hijyen konusunda hiçbir endişemiz olmadı.
Personelin tamamı son derece yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Özellikle bizi resepsiyonda karşılayan Bella Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum; güleryüzü, ilgisi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı bizi çok mutlu etti. Kendisi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
Konum olarak da oldukça avantajlı, merkeze rahatlıkla yürüme mesafesinde. Hem temizliği hem de hizmet kalitesiyle gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebileceğiniz, herkese tavsiye ettiğim harika bir otel.

שהגענו אחרי ללילה ללא שינה לא קיבלנו את החדר בזמן זה היה מתיש ואפילו לא הציעו לנו כןס שתיה שנרגיש יותר בנוח שרואים אןתנו .צריכה לעמוד מול הקבלה כדאי לקבל יחס ולבלחיץ אותם. חשוב לציין שהיינו עם נערה עם מוגבלות וילד חולה שממש סבלו מהסיטואציה הרגשנו שלא ממש נחמדים אלינו
