Good location. Easy to walk to various sites. Staff was amazing at checkin. Super helpful. Ended up getting a canal view. Hotel was very quiet. Liked the coffee machine and kettle in the room.
The shower was difficult to navigate without making a mess in the bathroom. The no shower doors looks nice but really not practical.
Very nice modern hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was rather spacious compared to the usual cramped rooms we’ve come to expect in European large cities, with a very comfortable king bed and all amenities. The location is convenient, a short walk to both trolley and metro stops, and a pleasant stroll across town to the Dam Square area.

The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. My room was comfortable really liked the pillows and mattress was also comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods and appreciated the fresh squeezed OJ. The bar food was also good.
The bathroom door always closing was a little aggravating. Because of this I forgot to turn off the light when I went to breakfast. I did prop the door open with the small trash can from the bathroom when I was in the room.
Staff and location were excellent
Beds squeaked, shower rose needed replacement, light on telephone was so bright we had to cover it with a pillow. View was a brick wall.
