Cama comoda, muy amena la habitacion. Bien unicado y buenas cortinas BO

Cons:

desayuno muy regular, repetitivo, calidad muy tirando a baja (embutidos, quesos etc). Servicio al cliente aun con muchas oportunidades de mejora, en el checkin cobran un cafe recalentado, cero atencion a que el cliente se estaba registrando. demora en la recepcion de RUT, tres veces se tuvo que mandar. Mucho ruido en los pasillos, entorpece el descanso, niños gritando y corriendo desde temprano.

Great location, exceptional service, modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel was a great discovery. Location is fantastic, close to restaurants, hospitals and main streets. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The pool in the terrace is beautiful and the service is exceptional. The front desk and the restaurant personnel are very professional and kind, in particular Joel, Marco and Oscar. They walked the extra mile for me making my stay unforgettable

Cons:

There was some smell in the room ( humid) that may be uncomfortable at first, but I understand it's normal on Barranquilla to have that smell in some spaces

Por su precio nada que envidiarle a un hotel 5 estrellas

Habitación muy cómoda amplia y limpia, desayuno muy variado tipo bufet.

Cons:

Que me cobrarán 24 mil pesos por dos botellas de agua pequeña, se me hace un cobro exagerado !

Maravillosa.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente relación precio-calidad, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, limpias, lindas. El desayuno fabuloso, la ubicación es magnifica.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, no hubo nada que no nos gustara.
