Nice bed comfortable the duvet should have been summer weight with a lower tog rating for me. Central location the free car parking is a tad too far for me.
The fan was welcomed.

Location and we were able to access the room earlier.
Was helped with luggage to our room.
We stayed before and had a bigger room the room this time was very small and difficult to get round the bed easily, the tv on the wall was a hazard especially in the night as so close to the bottom of the bed.
Carpet was not flat and a safety hazard for tripping as it was uneven.
Lots of stairs to take your luggage down but we did know there wasn’t a lift .
Good central location.
No staff and no bar in the hotel after 6pm. No carpark at the hotel. Can’t bring the car to the hotel on Wednesday and Friday because of street markets so managing luggage difficult. Pub next door very noisy late at night so difficult to keep the window open to cool the room.
The location was great,bed was very comfortable very clean,loved the shower.
We bought the breakfast which was Okey but the egg was raw unfortunately,but we would stay there again as is a lovely hotel and great location and very clean 😁 xx

The room was a good size with an ensuite room with shower. There was tea making facilities and a fridge (very handy) and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and a television with a good choice of channels to watch. Very pleased with the room.
A menu for the restaurant in the room would have been handy.
