Fantastic location in a well appointed modern apartment
Pros:

The rooms are well appointed. The beds are super comfy. Mr Percival Cafe downstairs is perfect.

Cons:

The hot water wasn’t that hot and there is construction across the road.

Great price, good location.
Pros:

Location, rooms weee comfortable, food options around (cafe downstairs; convenience stores close by; other dining options also walking distance - McDonalds, Subway, Italian dining). About a 30min walk to MSAC (or cheap Uber ride).

Cons:

Internet!! Wifi at complex kept dropping out; and even our mobile reception was limited (dropping to 4G and sometimes only one or two bars on phone data! very frustrating).

The staff were most helpful!! Great layout and relatively close to a few dining options.

Cons:

I think routine cleaning of cushions/floor rugs/throw rugs could be implemented and an extra focus on attention to detail could be implemented. Staff willingness to escalate is a great touch
