Had a lovely day, great location and amazing hotel, I will be back
Pros:

The facilities were immaculate, the hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The accessible room was a little bit cramped, it was very tight moving around in my Wheelchair. The bed in the accessible room is very high for a Wheelchair user.

Good, but pricy. Mildly disappointed at the price.
Pros:

Nice room, looked good. Very comfortable bed. Great common areas. Friendly staff, good location for theatre.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected and had a portable aircon unit taking up room and necessitating the window to be open. It was a little noisy from a nearby club until very late.
Breakfast was good, but not amazing.

Lovely staff but rooms services inadequate given price and disappointed there was no reply from the manager.

Cons:

We paid a premium price for the room in September and we were looking forward to staying at the hotel for business. The first room we got had a large loud air conditioning unit on the floor which took up alot of space in an already cramped room . We asked to move rooms and were accommodated straight away. The second room we were given had only cold water in the shower that didn’t heat up even with numerous attempts . I emailed the manager about the problems with our rooms but never heard back..

Location of hotel very good. I've stayed at the Iveagh Hotel on numerous occasions and have always had a very positive experience. We booked a standard room in the Iveagh Hotel on this occasion,and on check in, was told that the room was not in the main hotel but in a townhouse adjacent. We asked for something in the hotel but was informed that nothing was available.

There was no availability in the main hotel. We were escorted to the room. There were a lot of different levels/steps to get to the room and therefore this room would not be suitable for anyone with accessibility issues. The room was small but very clean. Excellent bathroom. When I say it was one of the worst nights sleep I ever had, I'm not exaggerating. I'm not sure which was worse, the Luas Line noise which continued until late and commenced very early in the morning, or the cleaning of the street by a street-cleaning machine from early morning. When checking out, I spoke to the receptionist about our experience. I was showed my booking from Booking.Com and was told that a standard room booking is always in the townhouse. This was not clear from the booking.com website and is very misleading. I asked to speak to the accomodation manager. I was told that they would not be back for a few days but that they would request them to call me then. I'm still waiting!!!!
