Pros:

The Staff were excellent and very helpful

Cons:

The room only had a portable Air Conditioning Unit which was very noisy so when you turned it off at night the room became very hot

Good convenient stay
Pros:

Location is very convenient. We stayed at a deluxe double room which was spacious and modern.

Cons:

Water pressure for the shower isn't strong. The room was generally clean but the cleaners missed an item of clothing from the previous guest.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean, good location, dinner was good, friendly staff.
Aircon unit in as it was during heatwave so room temp was comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, we availed of the book before midnight special offer, if I was paying the full 32 euro I would be very annoyed at the breakfast quality.....

Cons:

Room was directly across from a nightclub and tram lines. Did not sleep for the whole night. No ventilation, a fan that made no material difference to the room was provided. Very disappointing.

It was an okay experience but doubt we will be back
Pros:

Location was good. Bed comfortable and AC was a bonus. Shower was also good. For a birthday we received complimentary prosecco for afternoon tea which was a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast was rushed. We arrived down at 10:20 and there was slim pickings left and not topped up. We knew 10:30 was the cutoff but they started clearing everything at 10:30 sharp! Most hotels I’ve stayed in give a grace period to finish and enjoy your breakfast even if you are cutting it fine
