Sicurezza, pulizia e cordialità
Pros:

La disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff, a eccezione della primissima persona che mi ha accolta in maniera burbera.
Lo staff ha fatto del suo meglio per risolvere i problemi che si sono presentati: adattatori per le prese elettriche, poiché alcune non funzionavano, una lampada per il comodino; è mancata l'acqua per 13 ore consecutive e si sono approntati a chiamare un camion cisterna per provvedere a riempire la loro cisterna, nella mia camera l'acqua calda a volte era assente e si sono approntati a risolvere il problema. Sono un'ottima squadra, gentile e disponibile, il luogo è molto pulito e molto sicuro.

Cons:

I problemi che purtroppo si sono presentati e che però sono riusciti a risolvere: la mancanza di erogazione di acqua, che pare aver interessato tutta la zona centrale della città, per 13 ore consecutive, e disguidi per l'assenza di acqua calda, poi risolti.

Si regresara a trujillo , seguramente volveria a lojarme aqui.
Pros:

Me encanto la limpieza y pulcritud y que todo funcionara tal cual. Aire acondicionado, television ,conexion a internet, todo estable. Realmnete me alojo 3 noches y fue bueno. Ademas el personal amable y el desyuno muy completo !

Cons:

En general muy bien pagado en relacion calidad-precio. Todo estuvo excelente. Quiza si fueran un poco mas flexibles con sus horas de check-in o check-out , o tuvieran servicio de early check-in o late check-out , aunque tenga costo extra , seria buenisimo.

Angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um Trujillo zu erkunden. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück und das Hotel ist sauber.

Cons:

Aufgrund einer Strasse direkt vor dem Hotel ist es tagsüber sehr laut. Nachts ist es aber wieder ruhig. Das Wlan ist ziemlich schwach.

Buen descanso
Pros:

Muy céntrico, está en pleno centro históricode Trujillo, hay agua caliente disponible todo el día, aire acondicionado, toallas limpias, habitaciones con espacio adecuado.

Cons:

No hay ascensor y la cochera no está en el hotel sino a la vuelta, así que fue un poco incómodo para bajar y subir las maletas que traíamos sobre el carro.
