Pros:

The vibe was great. Super nice staff.

Pros:

The lobby was great. I loved all of the available games, the bar was also cute and bartenders were very nice. The view was nice and the esthetic of the room was cool.

Cons:

It’s not as clean as I would have expected for a hotel, especially for a Marriott branded hotel. The location was great though and staff were nice and accommodating as best as possible. I do however recall requesting pillows and blankets brought to my room and nobody ever came. I had to request again at à later time in the lobby to receive it.

Very good value and modern/hip but sparse room setup.
Pros:

Very good value and nice location but small room, parking nearby but not on-site, and limited features in the room (no fridge, microwave, ice bucket, iron, etc…) although very easy to request these items. Cool lobby area with games.

Cons:

Room is a bit small and sparse. Parking was in a garage that says you cannot park there so kindness helps.

Pros:

Comfortable lobby with some great games. Friendly, helpful staff, and the bartender from Texas was on point. Rooms are small but nice. Clean with fresh decor, short walk to the lakefront. I'll probably stay here every time I come to Seattle.

My stay at the Moxy was memorable, and I would definitely book another stay with them again.
Pros:

I enjoyed the ambiance, overall design, and customer service at the Moxy! It was a nice stay. The cleanliness was up to par and overall a great experience. The cozy stay was perfect. The Moxy was located in an area near many places to sight-see, eat, and explore! The area felt fairly safe as well which was a plus.

Cons:

There were very few things such as the lighting in the room wasn't the best. I couldn't tell where to turn on the light because it was hardly visible. I thought I had to use only the given lamps in our room!

It’s was close to where we wanted to go and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and well kept love the big shower.

Cons:

Check in is at 3 but they do offer to check in your luggage or they have complimentary lockers to leave your stuff and go explore the city.

Standing out the front of the property for 3 1/2 hours.
Pros:

I’m sure there would’ve been things to like if I was able to get into the property. The poor attitude to the staff and extremely unhelpful staff insured the trivial problem could not be resolved.

Cons:

The staff, their systems and processes and their complete lack of willingness to work with me.
