Pros:

Jammer dat we slechts 1 nachtje bleven op doorreis, want deze plek was zalig! We hadden mogelijks een van de beste kamers qua view, met uitzicht op het water en vliegtuigen in de verte. Kinderen vonden ook de kinderkamer geweldig. Zalig groot bed voor de ouders. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid, konden met goed weer op het terras ontbijten. De publieke parking naast het hotel is gratis in het weekend, dus je hoeft niet noodzakelijk bij te betalen voor parking.

Schöne Location
Pros:

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit integrierter Dusche und sep. Toilette. Bequeme Betten, großzügig geschnitten, hell und sauber. Der nahegelegene Flughafen Frankfurt führt zu Lärmbelästigung ab dem frühen Morgen, bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch komplett ausgeschaltet. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, netter Service, große Auswahl, schöne Außenterrasse, allerdings auch hier mit Flugzeugen im Minutentakt, sehr interessant, aber schon ein bisschen laut ;-), wir fanden es trotzdem cool. Das angeschlossene Brauhaus konnten wir leider nicht testen, da wir Karten für ein Konzert hatten, aber auch diese sah sehr ansprechend aus, wir kommen wieder, das steht fest!!1

Cons:

Evtl. der Flugverkehr, aber wie gesagt, bei geschlossenen Fenstern und funktionierender Klimaanlage, kein Problem!!!

Sehr gutes Hotel direkt am Main, Zimmer ausreichend groß, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Bad mehr oder weniger im Zimmer integriert, bei Alleinnutzung ok. Ansonsten doch gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Liegt in Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Frankfurt, bei offenem Fenster doch schon recht laut

Viel erwartet, leider weniger bekommen. Ordentliches Beschwerdemanagement Fehlanzeige.
Pros:

Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Lage (fußläufig 5-10 Minuten zum Bahnhof), ein am Wochenende kostenloser, großer öffentlicher Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, eine schöne Terrasse mit Mainblick sowie die guten Betten und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet sind hier absolut hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Zimmer beim Einchecken nicht fertig – hier wurde uns erst gegen 15.30 Uhr ein Zimmer zugewiesen.
Öffnungszeiten des im Gebäude befindlichen Brauhauses falsch, Zimmersave sehr nervtötend, da er nicht sauber öffnet.
Klimaanlage ist laut der jungen Rezeptionistin nur eine Lüftungsanlage – wir hatten in der Nacht zum 5.7. gute 28 Grad im Zimmer. Die Dusche setzt den davorliegenden Waschbereich unter Wasser.
Beim Vortragen der Kritikpunkte bei der Abreise fühlte ich mich nicht ernst genommen und nur mit Ausflüchten konfrontiert.
