El entorno donde se encuentra.
El trato del personal, en concreto de Cristina, muy atenta, amable y siempre tan alegre.
La limpieza y la calidad del servicio de cocina.

Pros:

El personal es increible, siempre atentos. La ubicación es inmejorable, no se oye nada por la noche, está en medio de la naturaleza, al lado de San Pedro de Alcántara pero también muy cerca de Arenas.

Precioso lugar
Pros:

El lugar en si, precioso, bien cuidado.
Las personas que nos atendieron fueron todos muy amables y serviciales.
La comida y desayuno muy bueno todo.
La limpieza impecable.
Para más días cogería un apartamento o la Vila. Descanso asegurado.
En el parking hay unas escaleras de piedras que dan acceso a la sierra. Recomiendo el paseo por ahí.
Está bien situado.
Guardo este lugar en favoritos.

Cons:

Del hotel me gustó todo pero....algún cliente se cree solo ahí, pega voces a hora en que otros están durmiendo. Talvez no estaría de más poner un cartel que ponga "por favor respeten el descanso de los demás". Solo fue un día pero toca las narices el poco civismo de algunos.
El comedor está cerca de las habitaciones lo que hace que cuando esté el ambiente animado, se escucha en la habitación.

Pros:

Se encontraba en un paraje elevado muy bonito, cerca del santuario. Cuenta con zonas exteriores amplias donde sirven comida y cena y un área de piscina bien cuidado.
Muy buen desayuno y estupendo restaurante. El personal es muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Si lo que quieres es visitar el pueblo, se encuentra en las afueras y queda un poco lejano caminando.

Muy buen lugar en la naturaleza para conocer la zona
Pros:

Es un hotelito sencillo muy agradable. Me encantó que estuviera en un entorno rural y a la vez muy cerca del pueblo en coche y también de las pozas maravillosas que hay por la zona. El jardín de olivos es muy bonito y la cena estuvo muy buena. La piscina es pequeñita pero también agradable para un chapuzón a media tarde. Tienen todo muy cuidado, la hierba y las flores, se nota el cariño, una maravilla, porque era agosto y estaba todo verde 🙏

Cons:

Las habitaciones están ok aunque me esperaba que tuvieran una ventana al jardín y más luz, pero nos dio igual, disfrutamos del jardín, la piscina y el entorno. Y por el precio que pagamos en agosto, no podemos pedir más, volveremos!
