I was not happy with what I got.
Pros:

Location, kids enjoyed more because of pool, breakfast.

Cons:

I did not like how it was displayed on website versus in person. I guess they had did some updates but they were horrible & I didn’t enjoy the smell of the room. Bathroom was very small. Covers on bed was very thin. Soon as we got off elevator & saw the outside of some of the rooms & walls. I was very unpleased & uncomfortable

Lovely stay. Anthony and “John” made it even more personal.
Pros:

The personnel were out of this world accommodating. The room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It is a 3-4 star hotel. Why complain?
