Excelente en todos los sentidos!
Pros:

La amabilidad con la que cada uno de sus empleados nos atendió, resalto sobretodo la excelente atencion de uno de sus meseros Anderson si mal no recuerdo su nombre, pero en general todos eran super serviciales y respetuosos

No me gustó tener que irme, el hotel es absolutamente fabuloso! 100/10

Perfecto para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Excelente opción para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación y el baño son amplios, muy cómodos y estaban muy limpios. La cama es enorme y muy confortable. El desayuno nos pareció excelente, tipo buffet libre, con mucha variedad y buena calidad. El servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto funciona fenomenal y es un gran punto a favor. La atención del personal fue correcta y profesional. Muy buena relación calidad-precio comparándolo con otros alojamientos que utilizamos durante nuestro viaje por Colombia.

Cons:

La insonorización podría mejorar. A partir de las 8 de la mañana comenzamos a escuchar con bastante claridad conversaciones y actividad (videoconferencia) procedentes de otras zonas del edificio. No afectó a nuestro descanso durante la noche, pero sí se notaba bastante por la mañana.

Pros:

Es un destino conocido este hotel, nunca ha decepcionado, la comida siempre de primer nivel, la atencion muy cordial, rapidos en el check-in y check-out. Habitacion espaciosa (suite), bien insonorizada y oscura.

Cons:

El sofa cama tiene su uso y se nota por su ruido.
A pesar de eso sigue siendo comodo. Pero es ruidoso para el resto de la familia.
