Problème avec le paiement qui était différent de la réservation booking
Pros:

L’hôtel est joli et pas trop loin de l’aéroport.

Cons:

Malheureusement le service de navette d’aéroport est uniquement chaque 60 minutes et le service peu se remplir rapidement, nous sommes arrivés de nuit et on m’a encaissé une somme différente à la réservation sur booking, j’y suis retourné m’a remboursé et m’a refacturer une somme différente au montant de la réservation booking en me disant qu’il m’avait mit une assurance hôtelière à tous les occupants sans me demander. Par conséquent il a dû me rembourser de nouveau pour refaire un paiement. J’ai perdu deux heures jusqu’au quasiment une heure du matin sachant que je partais à 5h du matin … donc je ne recommande pas car je n’ai pas trouvé le service digne d’un 4 étoiles. De plus il donnait des bouteilles d’eau à d’autres clients mais nous nous n’avons pas eu droit. D’autres personnes ont été proposé qu’on leur monte leur valises mais nous non plus n’avons pas droit à ce service.
