Excellent customer service
Pros:

I have previously stayed at the Legend a few times in the past and always enjoyed the comfort and luxury the hotel provides, but I have never thought to write a review, since it is what to be expected at that level of hospitality.

This trip was however different as we were blown away by the service we received during our stay.

First from the reception staff, Helen, who ensured our check-in was totally stress-free and handled our room change requests very professionally and promptly too.

Then was the restaurant staff Chidogo, who waited on us both for initial drinks on arrival and later when we came for our evening meal. The genuine interest in satisfying our every request could not be missed. She was also extremely pleasant, giving suggestions and recommendations on available choices of food and drinks.

The hotel is also convenient for accessing the airport with paid shuttle that dropped us off.

The buffet is a 10/10.. very tasty and well spiced. This is the first buffet in Lagos I’m rating a 10 coz the food tastes so good not under spiced .. they didn’t manage..

Pros:

I have been HH member since 2009 and anytime in Lagos, this is my preferred home away from home. Particularly love the breakfast options. The environment is so relaxing and the beautiful views of the private jets next to my side glass in my usual space is so motivating. Naomi in the breakfast room was always at breakfast table checking that l am happy. Special mention to Henrietta that did all she could to ensure l am happy with a very good hospitality smile

Modern hotel with an exclusive experience.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff and they are flexible to meet business needs as they arise. The facility is very well taken care of and very modern. Quite happy, no complaints.

The view of the jets are an icing on the cake although the noise as they land can take some getting used to but it didn’t bother me after the second or third day.
