تعامل سيئ غير لائق باسم هلتون ( لا تنكد أجازتك و تزل فيه )

الموقع جميل جدا و مناسب الفطور مقبول الغرفة طلتها علا البحر جميل جدا و المرفق ايضا المسبح النادي

للأسف جدا - طريقة التعامل لاتليق بمكان مثل اسم الهلتون توقعت يكون التعامل افضل
للاسف المدير المناوب و موظف الشنط و مسول المواقف
عوملت بطريق غير لائقه و تكرر عدة مرات قمت بالشكوى للمدير المناوب ولم استفد شي لذلك لا انصح النزول يوجد فنادق قريبة و مليانه

Keyifli bir konaklama
Pros:

Herzamanki gibi harika bi konaklama oldu. Özellikle Altin beye teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor ve konaklamanın rahat geçmesi için elinde olan herşeyi yapıyor. Mesela odada ikramlar ve geç check out olasılığı gibi. Oda temizliğinide dikkat ediyor.

Незабываемый отдых и идеальный сервис!

Остались в абсолютном восторге от пребывания в этом отеле! С самого первого момента покоряет отзывчивость и искреннее добродушие персонала, особенно Hande❤️ и Osman: любой вопрос решался моментально, а забота о гостях чувствуется в каждой детали.
Отдельного упоминания заслуживает вид из номера — это просто сказка! Просыпаться и засыпать с такой панорамой за окном было настоящим удовольствием.
Также хочется отметить удобнейшее расположение: станция метро в 10 минутах, в 5 минутах большой Migros, около 20 минут торговый центр CapaCity, рядом отличные рестораны, а еще в 10 минутах находится ипподром, практически все находится в шаговой доступности, что значительно сэкономило нам время на прогулках. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям!»

Senelerdir keyifle konakladığımız bi otel. Özellikle Altin beyin ilgisi konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Rezervasyon yaparken ayrı konaklarken ayrı ilgili. Odaları çok temiz - deniz manzarası çok keyifli- loungedaki yemek çeşiti ve hizmet harika - resepsiyondaki Murat beyde çök güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

Pros:

Pros:

We travelled as a mum with three kids and six suitcases, so I was a bit nervous about the logistics. Mr. Altin arranged our airport transfer while we were still abroad , it was spacious and comfortable car , with a TV and chilled water. The same car took us back on departure. And honestly, it cost less than transfers we’ve booked before.

Check-in was smooth. Mr. Altin gave us a free upgrade to a room with a sea view — clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Waiting for us was a welcome plate of fruit and cookies with a note saying “Welcome back,” and a warm personal letter. It didn’t feel like checking into a hotel , but more like arriving at a friend’s place.

We used both pools (the outdoor one had lovely warm water) and the gym , all clean and well kept.

We also needed a late check-out, and Mr. Altin sorted it out immediately, no fuss.

Every request was handled fast and easily, nothing was ever a problem. Thanks to our guest relations manager 👍🏻
