Breakfast was very good! Great options however on the weekends it seemed like the staff were counting down the seconds and closed down breakfast right at 10am on the dot, even while people were still going through the breakfast line, I myself had come down when there was still 30 minutes to the breakfast schedule and there wasn't much hot food left and no more was going to be made. Why, there was still 30 minutes time. Another time, people were still serving themselves from the fresh batch of hot eggs that just showed up and the lights were turned off on them and the pan(s) full of hot food were grabbed from in front of them and taken into the back. Doesn't make sense. I understand that there is a cleaning schedule but if several guests are still in the food serving area helping themselves then they should be able to finish making their breakfasts. Otherwise the food and the choices were great!

Cons:

I think the pool water looked a bit dirtier each day of our stay. Could maybe have been cleaned better at night after it closed to the guests. We would go to the pool after breakfast and the water already looked like it was used all day and it was closing time.

Sarah was a wonderful assist when checking in. She was friendly, helpful, and a great representative of the hotel

Cons:

We had asked for two queen beds, we got one king and a hideabed couch. It ultimately worked for us.

Specifically came for quiet location, and to use the pool. Location was good. Pool was way crowded and rowdy

Grateful but
Pros:

The people are nice. Locations great. And the room is always perfect for my stay. And always manage to get the room I ask for

Cons:

The pillows aren't firm enough. The breakfast is always the same flourish styles. Always leans Mexican style breakfast. Which I like but a better variety would be cool. Though they do have many other sides.

Convient location, but the hotel is in need better maintenance and cleaning.

The location is good. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

The maintenance of the room was not good. The ceiling fan was out of alignment and it made a screeching, grinding noise when turned on. It was so loud and unbearable that we could not use. it. The lights in the bathroom mirror were partially burned out.
The parking garage and not been cleaned since last year. There were leaves from last autumn still in the garage and also they were in the hotel hallway that was used to access the parking. In additon, there was alot of dried muddy dirt all over the parking area and it was hard avoid when rolling suitcases along the ground.
