Everything was great. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only downside is the location. It is quite far from the main attractions and central areas, which made getting around a bit tiring.

Tiny niggles for feedback: only two teabags and stupid cups and saucers which hold barely anything! Would’ve much preferred mugs, plenty of teabags and access to fresh milk. No separate coffee cups either

they charged me more than was agreed in booking (the diference was not from currency + they blocked me 50 on my card (unblocked after more than 1 week after I left)
Staff was amazing. We had hoped for an early check in and the staff accomplished this.
The roof top bar was full of bar flies and larger house flies. We were told by staff this was an on going problem they had yet to resolve.
Very friendly staff and great view of the Thames river from the property.
Their room service only began at 12:00 which was not great but they delivered early because I had to leave early to the airport so extra points for the accomodating staff
O quarto possui ótimo tamanho, muito bom é confortável, cama boa, chuveiro de teto muito bom. Limpeza excelente, bem como muito tranquilo e silencioso.
A localização não é muito boa, fica um pouco afastado dos principais pontos turísticos e do metrô. Inclusive o uber cobra uma taxa extra, pois o hotel está ao final da localização central.
Staff do hotel não é muito cordial.

日程を追加で、やむを得ず予約は公式サイトとbookingcomの2つに分かれていた。
チェックイン時の説明してサインも2回分。
朝食がついているとの案内あり。認識がなかったので、本当についているのか確認した。
案の定、２日目の朝食後料金を請求された。
約5千円。
朝食付きが初日のbooking comの予約だけなら、確認した時に言うべきです。
チェックインの時と同じフロントマンに抗議したけどコミニケーション不足だねとニヤニヤ。
彼は確かに朝食付きと言い、1泊だけとは言わなかった。
英語がおぼつかなくてもわかる。
騙された気がします。
彼はチェックインの時も馬鹿にした態度で感じが悪かった。

The View and area was nice
Room wasn't ready till after 3pm had to wait, then when we got to room it hadn't been hoovered very well, bits of lego and orange beads on various places,, the sign in room said strictly no smoking on balcony, but there was cigarette butts on balcony
