We had a great stay at HR
Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable
Check inn que took forever, £190 was taken from my bank account at 4am when I’d spent no money in the hotel as we had prepaid for the room. We also booked a room with a courtyard view which we never got
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.
A very special thank you goes to Patricia, the Reservation Manager, who was truly invaluable throughout the entire process. She supported us at every stage — from room reservations and payments to organizing a welcome drink and lunch for the guests traveling with us. Everything was handled with great professionalism, patience and care.
The entire hotel staff was incredibly helpful, kind and patient during every step of our stay. We truly felt looked after at all times, which made the whole experience completely stress-free and enjoyable.
We also loved the rooftop restaurant — the food was excellent and the view over the Thames was absolutely beautiful.
Thank you once again to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We would be very happy to come back in the future!
Very friendly and kind staff. Sakar was very helpful, he upgraded us to a better room and gave us late checkout!
Las camas son muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación.
Todo bien
Hotel was safe...Bed was not comfortable..an cigar bar charge a heavy price for me to smoke my own cigars didnt agree..
Location and staff were fantastic
Breakfast service was slow
From the hotel, you can see the Parliament buildings, and part of the River Thames. Definitely some fantastic views! We were able to walk to both Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The room was a little small, but well furnished. We were upgraded to a deluxe king. My wife really liked the shower, but the bathroom could have used more storage space. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Besides a desk & chair, we also had a sitting chair and a loveseat. While the staff was pleasant, I did have an issue getting a copy of my final invoice. The hotel was in the midst of changing their billing system, and my invoice wasn't ready on checkout. I had to request the invoice twice before I finally received my copy.
This place is more like a Marriott courtyard than an Hyatt and is Meh at best. Smallest room I’ve ever seen.
Front desk staff were ok. Didn’t have breakfast option but buffet or à la carte was available next door for 20% discount. Male Staff moved like turtles and you had to beg them to serve you. The 2 young ladies were sweet. Good Hot food when they finally took your order. Buffet isn’t worth it if u have to pay.
Nice quiet area but not worthy of Hyatt name.
Hotel was clean and located great for exploring London. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, but that’s just based on our taste preferences.
