Nothing serious....it's a beautiful old building so sound insulation isn't good between rooms or from the bar. But nothing we couldn't live with.
Great location, few mins from beach. Havelock has a restaurant downstairs, and there are others nearby within walking distance. Good WiFi, accessible in room. Car parking space. Pleasant staff.

Wir waren insgesamt etwas enttäuscht, allerdings war die Lage gut, das Frühstück auch o.k., das Essen abends hat auch gut geschmeckt. Unser Zimmer war groß. Parken konnte man kostenlos auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz.
Wie schon erwähnt hatten wir ein sehr großes Zimmer und ein riesiges Badezimmer. Allerdings war beides mehr als ungemütlich, fast schon lieblos. Wir haben uns in den Räumlichkeiten nicht wohl gefühlt. Außerdem war es abends teilweise sehr laut, vom Pub aus und unten draußen auf der Straße. Und dafür war der Preis ganz schön deftig.

Le personnel était charmant.
Les 2 chambres doubles avaient des lits individuels. Dans l'une des chambres la tête de lit n'était pas attachée et faisait beaucoup de bruit quand on changeait de position. Dans lautre chambre le plancher était en pente et durant la nuit le lit descendait. Les salles de bain étaient un peu vieillotte.

Sehr komfortables Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad. Ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr leckeres Essen im Pup und reichhaltiges Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett!
The property is close to the beautiful beach with. Views over to the Black Idle and within walking distance of the shops. It is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful moray firth coast and Inverness.
Everything was fine for our stay.
