Promised parking, there is none, for the dog you have to give a 50 EUR guarantee (in cash), it looks good on the internet, but the rooms are in fact done very poorly and cheap

Pros:

Handy to tram and subway. Supermarket near by. Flat 25 min or less walk to center of town. Cold sparkling water in the hotel foyer. Carlo recommend a fantastic, family run restaurant near by. Best Lasagna ever.

Ehrlich gesagt, nicht ganz so viel.

Cons:

Das Hotel machte schon anfänglich einen merkwürdigen Eindruck. Geruch ehr unangenehm. Eingang dunkel-nicht einladend. Aufzug machte den Anschein es nicht zu schaffen. Oberste Etage, alles klein, eng-keinerlei Fluchtwege oder Möglichkeiten zu sehen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, spartanisch, in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer eigentlich schön, aber bei näherem Blick schmutzig, abgenutzt, schimmelige Stellen. Nachts sehr hellhörig, man hörte den nächsten duschen, Toilettengang als ob man daneben steht und die allgemeinen Geräusche von anderen Zimmern sehr deutlich und laut! In der Beschreibung steht dass das parken ( in dem Falle Parkhaus) 25 Euro am Tag kostet. Wir sollten dubioserweise unseren Schlüssel dort lassen, worauf wir uns nicht eingelassen haben-zum Glück! Denn am Abreisetag wollten die Herren im Parkhaus für 2 Tage 100 Euro von uns mit dem Hinweis bei unserem Fahrzeug handle es sich um ein großes Kfz. Niemand hatte uns bis dahin darauf hingewiesen und so mussten wir fast 1 Stunde diskutieren um schlussendlich auf 50 Euro zu kommen-die reinste abzocke!!! Das Personal vom Hotel hat sich davon garnichts angenommen, hat lediglich gemeint: Es war ja kein Cityauto. Weder Hotel noch Parkhaus zu empfehlen!

Empfehlenswertes City-Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine super Location für einen Städtetrip. Sowohl Metro als auch Trambahn sind in der Nähe (die Trambahn etwa 50 Meter weg entfernt, die Metro etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und die Zimmer zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass in der Lobby ein kostenfreier Wasserspender stand und es auch Leih-Flaschen gab zum Befüllen. Wir haben vor Ort Frühstück dazugebucht, welches ebenfalls gut war.

Cons:

Die Tram fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei und da es in Mailand sehr alte Bahnen aus Holz gibt, ist dies nachts natürlich nicht geräuschlos. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW ist zu beachten, dass Parken nicht direkt beim Hotel möglich ist, jedoch zu reduziertem Tarif in einem bewachten Parkhaus ums Eck.
