Super comfortable room, very silent, amazing bed

A bit far from the city center, but this was expected. It’s right next to the train station which is why we stayed here

La tranquilidad de su ubicacion y el desayuno asi como la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La iluminación natural de la habitación era escasa, poseía solo media ventana.
Por otro lado la calefacción solo se enciende desde las 18.30 hasta las 6.30 lo que me parece un error debería tener calefacción 24hs.
En el salón de desayuno falta calefacción hay una,sola y no es suficiente siempre hace frio.

Mejoría el desayuno bufet y extendería el horario ya que nosotros llegamos tarde desayuno aguas calientes y queríamos dormir un poco más

The bed was very comfy, the breakfast was very good and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have a shower stall, so every time after showering we had to dry the floor; that was the only downside to the stay.

Au calme dans le centre de Cuzco
Pros:

Notre chambre, pour trois personnes, était d’une taille plutôt généreuse, la literie très confortable. Douche chaude et chauffage, à Cuzco en hiver c’est appréciable.
Petit déjeuner buffet complet (fruits et jus frais, avocats, oeufs, fromage, charcuterie…)

Chambre comfortabke et spacieuse

Cons:

Le jacuzzi n’avait pas de bouchon et ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir obtenu le bouchon, cela fuyait.

Excelente hotel!
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Muy buenas instalaciones y desayuno. Puedes caminar a la Plaza de Armas fácilmente. Cerca de su ubicación encuentras muchos restaurantes.
