Pros:

Emplacement parfait car un peu à l'écart du centre ville (15, 20mn à pied) donc peu de bruit. Accueil très professionnel et services impeccable. Belle chambre, digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner international. Du choix mais produits industriels bon marché

Pros:

la limpieza del hotel, como bien dice la palabra, es incomparable. La ubicación, a 15 minutos caminando de este y las almohadas y cama super cómodas

Cons:

el desayuno tiene que mejorar, poca variedad y no hay personal que esté limpiando las mesas.
la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que al entrar siempre hay olor a encerrado

Instalações bastante boas e funcionários atenciosos. Dei azar de estar com o elevador quebrado e que o exaustor do meu quarto estava com problema e fazia mto barulho. De resto, muito bom.

Literie confortable.
Petit déjeuner buffet avec un large choix de produits.
On peut laisser les valises en consigne gratuitement idéal si vous avez des tours prévus pendant quelques jours.

Cons:

Nous avons gardé nos valises pendant 3 jours, pour ceci nous avons reçu 2 tickets comme preuve. Au moment de récupérer mes valises je m’étais rendue compte que je les avais perdus… ce n’était pas possible de vérifier mes valises avec mon passeport… peut être vous devriez changer ce système

Spacious and comfortable room
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was well equipped and clean, and the hot water was running well. Breakfast was buffet-style and good. We had dinner at other restaurants near the hotel; the neighbourhood was nice and quiet and only 20 min walk from the historic centre. All was pretty good.

Hôtel bien situé, très légèrement excentré du centre ville donc calme (peu de circulation), chambre très propre, lit très confortable, eau généralement chaude ou tiède, au pire) et personnel très aimable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner continental (suffisant mais je préfère le petit déjeuner péruvien !)

Confortável.
Pros:

Foi uma estadia agradável. Precisávamos pegar o ônibus para Puno às 5:40 e o ponto de saída era bem perto do hotel, escolhemos o hotel por isso. Mas fomos surpreendidos positivamente, quarto confortável, toalhas e lençóis muito bons, chuveiro ótimo. E como o café da manhã ainda não estava aberto nos prepararam um lanche para levar. Muito bom.
