O hotel tem boas instalações, chuveiro muito bom, quarto com bom tamanho. A localização é boa, com restaurantes e feiras de artesanato próximas. Está a 20 minutos a pé da plaza de armas.
Demora na reposição dos itens do café da manhã. Muitas vezes saímos do café da manhã sem que os itens tenham sido colocados.

Kad smo se vratile u hotel vrata naše sobe su bila otvorena. To je trajalo 45 minuta i nitko se nije pojavio da ih zatvori pa smo prijavile na recepciji. Sljedeći dan smo otišle iz hotela i navečer su tražili da platimo grickalice iz minibara koje nismo pojele. Nakon što smo se izjasnile da ih nismo konzumirale i da nam je soba bila otvorena tko zna koliko dugo, javili su da ne trebamo platiti. Stvarno loše.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable
Las instalaciones están bien, la habitación era amplia y cómoda. El baño es correcto y ponen botecitos de champú, suavizante y loción corporal; el jabón es en pastilla. El desayuno es muy bueno, con gran variedad de opciones. Tienen coca y otros tés en la recepción sin coste. El personal es muy amable.
La ubicación está bien, pero un poquito alejada de la plaza de armas. Lo bueno es que no hay mucho ruido. El primer día no funcionaba la calefacción, pero lo arreglaron al día siguiente. El segundo día no teníamos agua caliente pero lo arreglaron rápidamente.
