Miserable, I was very disappointed by the service and hospitality of both your facilities and one particular staff.

Luton is my city that’s all l liked

Cons:

The bed mattress was hard rock, not comfortable at all, my whole body hurts and I struggled to sleep because it was very hard. Pillows were equally hard no comfort whatsoever at least the bed and pillows needs to be soft. I didn’t like the fact that there was nowhere to put my clothes no wardrobe and the shower water was very weak and slow. Staff who received me was very rude I was in shock even the guest who were in front of me were shocked by his response to me when l asked if there were toilet facilities downstairs I could use as he was very slow to serve the guests in front of me and needed to use the toilet immediately. He spoke to me as if l was just some guy who wasn’t even a guests checking in. I was in utter shock and it as enough for me to say I’m never coming back here. Your hotel staff needs to learn to speak to guests politely that behaviour is very unacceptable I had paid my money, staying there wasn’t for free.

Not while your stay….would prefer the Thistle Express Luton as I had an amazing experience

No windows in the room. This is a serious hazard in case of an emergencies situation.
Very small room
Very warm due to no windows.
Water pressure for the shower is horrible.
No hot water for shower.
No phone service in the rooms if you want to order something.
No refreshments offered or place to have a meal at the hotel.
No place to hang your clothes or iron board to iron your clothes
My room wasn't cleaned when I got back for my second night.
No sitting desk available for use.

Very basic but clean

Cons:

Basic beyond basic , this is what i imagine a prison cell would look like , noisy , got woke up several times between 0430 and 0630 by people leaving presumably to the airport

Pros:

I was very disappointed the rooms are absolutely tiny and very Gloucester phobic. I had no hot water and couldn't shower on arrival and when going. You would think this is why you pay for a hotel. Then went out for dinner when I came back the AC was absolutely freezing to the point I got ill and still am now. I reported the hot water to the receptionist he said he reported it and I would get a refund. But to this minute I have heard nothing. The pillows were so thin my head went straight through the bed. I think I deserve compensation for this. And I am awaiting a reply
