One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially from a brand like Hyatt!

Check-in took an unbelievable 20 minutes because the staff seemed completely incompetent and couldn’t even locate my reservation or figure out which room I was supposed to have.

To make matters worse, they charged both my debit and credit cards and additionally my revolut, and the money still hasn’t been refunded!

The room was freezing cold, and the air conditioning system couldn’t be adjusted properly.

And the shower? An absolute disaster! The showerhead was completely out of control. Taking a shower felt like wrestling a cobra! Water spraying everywhere except where it was supposed to go.

For a hotel carrying the Hyatt name, this level of service and maintenance is simply embarrassing.

Terrible service, unacceptable billing practices, and a room that fails even the most basic comfort standards.

Definitely not what you expect from Hyatt. Extremely disappointing!

空港からの出発前に調子を整えるのに最適なホテルです
Pros:

空港および駅に近く便利でした。
歩いて行ける範囲にレストランやスーパーマーケットがあり、日用品を買うのに便利でした。
朝食も朝６時から食べることができるので、９時のフライトに朝食を食べてから出発して十分間に合いました。
