La Grande chambre et sdb. La proximité des transports public

Cons:

Au checkin l'hotel m'a indiqué que je n'avais pas le petit dejeuner inclut alors que c'était faux. J'ai dù appeler booking qui a dù contacter le mariott pour confirmer le petit dejeuner inclut. La personne au check-in s'est excusée pour l'attente (au moins 15 minutes) mais l'hotel n'a fait aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément (une boite de chocolat par exemple pour s'excuser?. Rien). L'hotel n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles, il n'y a pas de geste particulier fait aupres du client, pas de cadeaux de bienvenu. RIEN. Le petit dejeuner est chaotique (trop de monde et d'enfants partout), la qualité est moyenne (pancake tellement dure et sec que le couteau ne coupait pas), peu de choix si on ne mange pas de porc, et service inexistant (self-service) même pas la possibilité d!avoir un vrai cappuccino ou caffè ( tout est fait par le distributeur).
C'est plus un 4 étoiles qu'autre chose.

Mooi hotel met een leuk waterpark voor de kids
Pros:

Het waterpark was leuk voor de kinderen. De voorzieningen in en rondom het hotel waren fijn!

Cons:

We kregen geen campingbedje, omdat ze dat niet veilig vinden voor een kind van 2. Terwijl we de rest van de vakantie in alle hotels een bedje kregen. De nachten verliepen stroef hierdoor echt niet leuk. Het ontbijt was ook niet heel fijn. Veel te groot en chaotisch, werd er helemaal duizelig van. Het eten was prima. Oh en in het waterpark kost een ligbed ongeveer €60, echt asociaal.

夜の屋外騒音大きい
Pros:

清掃員さんの接客が良かった。

受付員も親切でした。

Cons:

子供が10歳6歳3歳で21時に寝たかったのに、屋外ライブが騒音すぎて寝れませんでした。
早急に改善してほしいし、毎年来たいと思いません。
いつも21時ぐらいに幼児たちは睡眠とるので。

あと、部屋のグラスが汚れていた。
水垢がひどかった。
これではビールやジュース飲みにくい。
