Cons:

Disappointing little things Only restaurant in the evening required 2 elevators to reach. No explanation in the room or elevator. The room was so dark they handed out lights so you could read the menu and the music (better described as a noise) was very loud with no escape My starter and main course arrived together not unusual in my local provincial restaurant but rather disappointing for Bangkok Why list food as a starter then serve it with the main course.
Shower was cold.
