Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reviews mention stained bedcovers, dirty sheets, hair on pillowcases and a persistent musty smell in some rooms — cleanliness is a notable weakness.
Service
10
Many guests highlight very attentive, helpful staff and an extremely accommodating host (mentions of specific staff like Ludmila and quick reception assistance).
Location
9.5
Several reviews praise the location as good for travelers, quiet and next to pleasant grounds; a few note it is a bit far from the city center, but overall location is a strong point.
Room Quality
9
Rooms are frequently described as comfortable and spacious, though some guests reported maintenance issues (shower problems, door/locks not closing, lack of heating or extra blankets, no frigobar).
Amenities
7.5
Amenities like the covered parking, lobby and pool area are positives, but recurrent issues with the heated pool being cold and a small/poorly maintained gym reduce the score.
Value for Money
7
Several guests consider the price high relative to what is offered (notably breakfast and restaurant pricing), with comments like 'carísimo' and 'mala relación precio calidad'.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast is repeatedly criticized as basic, limited or insufficient (lack of eggs, few fresh fruits), while dinner/restaurant can be good but is expensive and has limited hours.
Overall Experience
10
Despite some cleanliness and amenity issues, many guests report an excellent stay thanks to comfort, relaxing pool area and standout service, yielding a very positive overall impression.

Pros:
