Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Obwohl das Haus bereits älter ist sind die Zimmer attraktiv renoviert und super sauber!! Großes Lob dafür. Ich bin in Bonn in vielen Hotels gewesen und musste feststellen das das keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.
Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und durchaus preiswert.
Ich komme gerne wieder und werde das Haus bei Kollegen empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind noch sehr 80er aber das wurde durch die Sauberkeit gut kompensiert

Overall, the hotel left a good impression: excellent location, pleasant room, and a very comfortable bed — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the pricing approach and service. I encountered a situation where the room rate was significantly higher at the time of booking and then dropped noticeably afterwards. As I needed a hotel in this specific location, I ended up paying a much higher price. This creates a feeling of artificially inflated pricing and a lack of transparency.
Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. I asked to extend my checkout by just 2 hours and was asked to pay an extra €15. In many other hotels, when occupancy is low, such a request is accommodated free of charge.

It’s a pity that these details affected the overall impression. I will need to travel to Bonn again very soon, but unfortunately I will choose a different hotel due to this pricing and customer approach.

A nice cosy family hotel
Pros:

a nice, cosy family hotel for 1-2 night stay

Cons:

you need a car or public transport to go to the city , but it isn't a fault of the hotel. The Bad Godsberg and area is also great for the long walks

Komfortables Zimmer in schönem Hotel - mit vermeidbarem Kritikpunkt

Ein komfortables Hotel mit ruhigen Zimmern, einem gemütlichen Frühstücksraum und Restaurant mit Terrasse, in dem man gut essen kann. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad modern.

Cons:

Ich fand eine Flasche Mineralwasser in meinem Zimmer vor und freute mich über diesen Service des Hotels. Das habe ich zwar schon häufig in Hotels erlebt (eigentlich überwiegend), aber es freut mich trotzdem jedes Mal. Leider wurde mir die Flasche diesmal, beim Verlassen des Hotels in Rechnung gestellt (die Flasche hätte ein entsprechendes Etikett gehabt - was nicht der Fall war!). Davon abgesehen, regte ich an, zukünftig auf diese Kleinlichkeit zu verzichten - das wurde rundweg abgelehnt. Nun, ich bin sicher, dass das Hotel nicht auf 2,50 € (oder was es war - ich erinnere mich schon gar nicht mehr genau) für Mineralwasser angewiesen ist - aber Gästen wie mir stößt solch kleinliches Verhalten eher unangenehm auf.
